Once I'd had my first reply (from Mr James Ball) I addressed all my letters to him at the above address.

I'm claiming from Marbles and have just received my first letter from Mr Ball saying no.

LBA will be in the post on monday, I'll let you know how it goes!

Hi all, can't find these guys on the 'main bank thread so thought I'd see if there's anyone else out there claiming against them and how you're getting on.

I'm claimin just over £300 from them but this morning got the standard letter saying the charges are fair and I'm going to get nothing, we'll see.....:rolleyes:

yep I'm claiming against them. nothing from two letters so am waiting till i can afford the court claim.

Claimed from Marbles, which is owned by HFC - payout in full after 2nd letter

I'm claiming against hfc too £1100 first letter they replied to say it only applied to credit cards, second letter was ignored, judgment day 14th april.
Hsbc £3646 sent me a nice polite letter to say they will investigate, judgment day 9th april

i am claiming £7559 against HFC and they have chosen to ignore my letter threatening court action.I would be interested to know how you get on.

Yippie I got my statements back today from marbles credit card along with the £10 cheque I sent them how nice of them was that.:beer:
when I send the next letter should I add intrest or not? if I do how do I work it out?
