  • Good car them B3 passats... I had a an Estate one I bought a few years back on a G plate Bought it with a rotten sill but I wanted its PB Coded Engine for a MK2 Golf Gti and its Hydraulic pedal Box for another Golf project I had.... Ended up running Machines on a job up in Scotland for 3 months and was Back and forth at weekends to N Wales. I used the Passat... Was ideal for carrying kit and parts tools... Performed effortlessly.... Sold it with short Tax and Test in the end as I had no time to fix or strip it

Don't wait for the pump to go, get some Lucas power steering stop leak from ebay. One of the few "snake oils" I'd personally recommend (and about 100 times cheaper and better than the official stuff that Jaguar use).
