  • since my last post, DH made pancakes, we washed up/tidied up and fed the cats, i made up the baby bottles, and i'm about to descale the steriliser before bed. I've also done a load of washing which needs hanging up before i hit the sack. I really hope the baby is being good tomorrow as this list is starting to get a bit too long. :rolleyes:



    Monday
    Living Room, Hallway, Stairs and Landing
    Clean skirting boards
    clean window sill of cat paw prints AGAIN
    Tidy and hoover hallway, hoover stairs and tidy and hoover landing and dampdust all skirting boards.
    Tuesday
    Kitchen and Dining Room
    Clean cooker
    Wipe down all worktops, cupboard doors and appliances.
    Clean out fridge and clean fridge door seal.
    Run WM empty on a very hot wash.
    Clean kitchen bin
    Clean any splashbacks and tiled areas
    clean sink

    wash cat feeding mat
    Dining room, tidy,

    Wednesday
    Bathroom and toilet
    Clean Bath
    Clean sink
    clean tiles
    Clean mirrors
    Clean bathroom window.
    remove mould from window sill
    Clean toilet inside and out and don't forget the bendy bit round the back.
    Extra bit - clean all downstairs doors.


    Extras for me:
    • see if i can find the thread that was about the best way to clean your HD telly, as our screen is a mess from DH cleaning it with a duster and polish
    • hoover spare room
    • shred pile i have been sorting last week
    • try to do some ironing
    • not eat any junk food. (just realised i don't have very long till the bridesmaid dress fitting on the 10th of March:eek: )
    • make dentist appointment
    • ring npower
    • ring cattery
    • empty shredder
    • make bottles up
    • deal with any post
    • update banking book after checking internet banking
    • remember to give baby cough medicine as it helped him sleep all night, and boy what a difference to his mood
    • put buggy in car so I can go for a power walk with sisters (work off the 3 pancakes I had)
    • groom both cats
    • do some of my indexing for here
    • make minestrone soup for tea
    • help brother with his coursework
    • help dad with his internet banking
    • pick up nappies and milk from sister
    • pay her for that and my shopping she got me last week
    • buy some apples
    • watch some of DVD rental
    • file pile i have sorted on the TV cabinet

    Wednesday
    Bathroom and toilet
    1. [STRIKE]Clean Bath[/STRIKE] It is full of tools!!
    2. [STRIKE]Clean sink[/STRIKE] it is disconnected and lying on the boys bedroom floor
    3. [STRIKE]clean tiles [/STRIKE] can't reach them
    4. [STRIKE]Clean mirrors[/STRIKE] it is buried under tools
    5. [STRIKE]Clean bathroom window.[/STRIKE] nope.. it will be getting filthy again tomorrow!
    6. [STRIKE]Put shower curtain in the wash[/STRIKE].. I'll bin it next week when the bathroom is finished & get a new one, it is the wrong colour after all!
    7. [STRIKE]Clean toilet inside and out and don't forget the bendy bit round the back.[/STRIKE] done that.. floor is all dirty though but pointless cleaning that until after the weekend as DH is up in the loft paddling in soot!

    Playgroup in the afternoon, collect children 6 & 7 at 3pm, children 3 & 5 at 4pm and child 4 at 5:30pm.. don't we just LOVE after school activities!!??

    Michelle, when you say HD tele, what type is it, LCD flat, plasma etc ?

    I'm out tomorrow morning again until about 2pm, will post list tomorrow, just doing my best as I go along being half term.
    One day I might be more organised...........:confused:

    okay 45 items listed on ebay. The last dozen or so will take so long to type up that they can wait until tomorrow. At least the majority of it is listed. Also have 3 boxes of stuff for charity or I might just list it as a local pick-up "Car boot stock" ;)

    Just need to collapse the inflatable ball pool now :eek: I need sleep and too move!

    nicki.. when I get to that point I list the items without a description and go back the next day and edit them.. that way you can take advance of the cheap listing and take your time with descriptions! I listed 57 today!! did 26 yesterday and the rest tonight.

    hmmm, rather late night for me (seem to be a lot of them at the moment!)

    Kitchen and Dining Room - don't have one!

    7. Clean floor.
    8. Have a quick look through cupboards listing any food items that need to be used quickly and work those into your meal plans. - know what needs using already!

    kitchen looked ok before, now it looks really good :) dw is loaded and will go on on timer. ready for bed now :)

    Just going to wash my nest before the plumber trashes my bathroom again.. no sink or look in their still but DH emptied the tools out of the bath.. woohoo!!

    OK, So I've got some catching -up to do! I know the "rules" say don't play catch-up but I haven't cleaned the house for at lea
    st a week because of illness/half term! Also with having a small and decluttered house it's much easier to catch up ;) I've got a couple of bits left to go on ebay (things I forgot about) but that shouldn't take too long...I hope! :rolleyes:

    Right it's DD's turn on the computer to go on Neopets.. Later :wave:
