That's them expelled from the BPA, then. Being nice to their victims? Allowing appeals? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Most likely one of the small percentage of appeals they have to give as the BPA are trying to clean up their act for the freedom bills

"look right honorable MPs, our members do listen to appeals, there is no need for an independent appeals process, now give us keeper liability" :o

Yes just ignore them, the next in the series will be debt collectors, considering there is no debt makes you wonder why they use them, and then solicitors who are just as toothless, and finally nothing as the scam didn't work on you. They will go after other victims instead. Just ignore as you have been doing already.

Got my first debt recovery letter today ( I'm sure I've been jumped a couple of letters , straight from letter 2 to letter5 !) , Again no surname on the letter , looking forward to Debt recovery 2 .

Or, in your case, I trust it's "Debt NON- recovery?

Debt (non) Recovery letter 2 has come in today. A bit threatening . It's really difficult not phoning to tell them where to go !

personally i find it difficult not to laugh as i read the drivel in the scam mail, im starting to wish they had my phone number now, more fun, "no mr A is not here, hes in the foff department, hang on i will transfer you", give it five minutes and just say `foff` down the line before hanging up

OK, now got my 3rd debt recovery letter , letter 7 from TCP on the sticky, you know the one that threatens small claims action and falsely claiming that any judgement/decree may affect credit rating. Thing is , what happens when I ignore this one, it's supposed to be the last one from TCP. Is that it ? no more? They still haven't put my surname on any of the letters :-) so they cant even get the bit from dvla correct.

You're in the endgame. Are there any more letters in the "sticky"?

Thanks for coming back and letting us know. These posts confirm to frightened newcomers that ignoring does work, albeit eventually.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

If you have reached the end of the letter trail that will pretty certainly be that. TCP never go to court so where else is it going to go except... nowhere?
