Thanks for the chart Fred and well done Efrieze.

It's obvious we are all finding things a bit difficult at the moment, but as Beanie says, keep plodding! :D

    Have a good week.

Hellooooo - empty echo... where is everybody...?

I shared a medicinal bag of liquorice allsorts with OH yesterday and they worked so well, and so quickly, I'd lost 2.5lbs this morning!!!! Sorry if that's a bit graphic. :o I do have a problem with regularity which really puzzles me as I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, but doing SW EE means I eat less bread and cereal - either one or the other, not both - and I think that's having an affect.

Hope everybody is ok and not here because you're busy having fun.

    Hi Lois Lane and everybody.

Me too Lois, something else ("bug"?) on top of a lot of my usual fibre making me feel slimmer. Maybe folk are busy doing Xmas activities at the moment?

Still fitting in exercise, although trying to adapt to offputting weather/road conditions along with keeping "determined".

    Thanks also fredsnail.

I agree with all the Christmas preparations I'm finding it hard to find the energy and time for exercise as well. I need to save energy ready for putting up the decorations next week.

I'm very pleased to announce I have finally reached my first 1st of weight loss. Still a long way to go but very encouraging.

    Well done durham-mim :)

First of 2 Christmas nights out last night. Ate too much and drank a few too many cocktails - but really had a good time, so not to worry. Had to cancel Bodypump this morning as too hungover - there go my good intentions ;)

beanie: I'm moving to lancashire! We're getting a really spacious three bed late victorian house. Only drawback is that its on a main road, but it gives us time to look for something more suited to us while i get a job. I'll probably put a pic of it on facebook when its all confirmed!

Its getting a bit more real now, its just a bum its right over christmas! I'm feeling quite behind sorting everything out :/

wd durham mim - or mill as i just wrote!

    Hiya

Just back from Christmas shopping in real shops, what a nightmare and still didn't get things I wanted, but the decorations were lovely. Now watching Superman III so my namesake will appear any moment!

    Have a good week.
