Everyone is obviously busy exercising and organising christmas to be here!
I've just looked up things to do near where i am going to live and there is a belly dancing group! I've always wanted to do that so i'm really excitedBest way for me to move is to have fun with it. Running hasn't really ever taken off for me yet.
Anyone watching strictly?0 -

Anyone watching strictly?
I used to go to belly and Bollywood dancing - loved it. Great exercise and everyone had a good time.
I am a Strictly addict Vix. Who do you think will win? I was hoping that Lisa would win and show everyone that 'fat people can dance'. Not sure now though as everyone else seems to have improved more.
No exercise to add to the challenge. I have been a bit pathetic for the last week to be honest. Need a kick up the b*m.0 -
Oh dear, I have broken my scales. Stood on them to reach up into a cupboard and pressed on the the digital display and cracked it.
As much as I would like not to weigh myself over the holidays, I think I best sort another set out.;)0 -
Its a 2lb loss for me this week.0

Morning all
Had good intentions this morning - went to line dancing class, but it was cancelled. Pity I didn't walk there and back, I could have counted some exercise at least!
I love strictly too - it's on every day in our house. I'd love to see Lisa win, but I've got a feeling she's not going to, others have improved more than she has. Kimberley was absolutely brilliant this week, she really deserved her full house - I think she's a real contender for the prize.
Vix - belly dancing is good fun and you could also try Zumba.
Weigh day for me tomorrow - good luck to everyone else still to weigh in.

Jess - Lisa was my favourite all the way, but dani harper has actually taken over my number one spot! I loved how lisa could move for such a curvacious lady, but i do agree her improvement hash't been so noticeable as the others
I'm not keen on denise, she seems to love herself a bit for my liking.
lois - I have tried zumba, i really enjoyed that! its getting the courage to turn up at belly dancing on my own. I can imagine a room full of women in full belly dancing get up with bells everywhere and i walk in wearing a tracksuit!0 -
beanie: Do you know if edinburgh has an open air christmassy ice skating rink? i'm thinking of going up on my week off for a christmas fix!0
