Tell him it devalued 20% as he drove it off the forecourt in your situation that money could have been spent more wisely.0 -

Good luck coco I am new here too and overwhelmed, but it seems a great place to find.... wish I had been honest with myself earlier.... X0

Drowning you are in the right place
getting yourself on here is a HUGE step - very best of luck x
Denis - I intend to be in control of my finances (rather than it controlling me) getting rid of the house is my first step.
I have made just about as many adjustments as I can (some small tweaking still) but I have to be honest , I have taken all the advice , brutal or otherwise , that I can stomach for nowI have made enormous changes - which I hope stay with me forever !
Once I know how big the shortfall is - then I decide where I go from here

Good grief, I don't get on the thread for a day and all this happens!!
Coco, huge hugs. You're never on your own, we're all here fighting your corner. Masonn, you're a star, don't think anyone would ever be in a grump with you as all your advice is so well meant. You really should be a writer you know!
So glad you've taken such major steps. Funny with sky isn't it, took me ages to cut back the package, felt like I was depriving the family of what everyone else has. Have we noticed? Same with the gym membership, what a flippin' waste that was :rotfl::rotfl:.
You've covered for the ex for long enough, don't feel bad about passing on his details. What would he have done?
Hope you've eaten all the flapjack. We made scones today. Not even a crumb left!!
Keep on keeping on!
Edit: just read your thread on the mortgage board. So glad you've got some good advice. Don't take it hard, everyone means well. And get thee to the grocery challenge!Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020
