Just earnt £2.70 on surveys :T

Kids chose indian - bonus if you spend over £20 they give you either free desert or bottle wine - eldest picked up the wine for me bless him. Either he is super considerate or thinks I am a weekend alcoholic !

Oh where has the sunshine gone ? It's really gloomy today !

Good thing tho as def need to do housework today, otherwise it will be Monday again before I know it
Just been looking on rental site - same size house would cost me about £400 less than mort etc .... Still pondering on that one !

Todays exciting menu is toad in the hole & roast potatoes for lunch and homemade beef burgers for dinner .... Lots of meat going on there but that's what's in the fridge !

Right , off for a cup of tea I love Sundays (no alarms set , I normally get up at 6.30) so my mission is to sleep in - did ok this weekend as it's 9.00 & I am still in bed .... :T

Although I have checked out survey sites , read some threads & checked online bank etc whilst still in bed :rotfl:

This a great ex story .... Priceless , but has cheered me up no end
This morning eldest came down clutching £50 .... Dad asked me to give you this towards groceries as we aren't staying at his again this weened .... Now , bearing in mind he already gave them £20 for a takeaway - I thought it was very good of him.
We just got back from shop - I was super careful & only spent it on kids food/stuff for them. The couple of bits I needed I bought myself.

Just had cuppa and text him to say thanks for helping with kids groceries, very decent of you kind of thing ....

This was the response I got :
" hey no worries - they are my kids too
When I pay your money in on Weds I will knock the £50 off & then we will be all square , ok ? "

I am speechless ..... But I can't tell you how much I laughed
