Virgin Media Cheeky £3.50 increase

Hi I received a letter they were going to increase my package by £3.50 a month. In the T&C's on the back it says "If you do not wish to be bound by these changes you can cancel your contract with us without penalty. The process to be followed in out terms and conditions at virginmedia.com/legalstuff" Now I called to cancel…

Unfortunately, that'll be their problem - not mine. As I did call at a VM Store to be told if there was no letter, there would be no increase. Funny how they manage to send me all the stuff that is of no importance - with no difficulty or loss.
