What a surprise just had a phone call from CSA - his lordship has now "finished work" what a surprise..... considering he was supopose to pay £57 pw, then this got reassed to £43 pw... did I expect anything else no............ xx

So ... no money again then? Urm could you go back to the court and say that

    • DD doesn't really want contact
    • he is not prepared to pay anything towards her upkeep
    • you don't see why he should see her as he hasn't paid and isn't prepared to pay to help

Unfortunately the court panel we had feel that CSA payments are nothing to do witht he court case so he can do what he wants when he wants!! As for upkeep thats the biggest joke - in 10 years i've had £60 in csa payments. if he goes onto benefits we get £5 per week... so far theres £460 in arrears!

DD doesn't want to see him, luckly the court have agreed that she doesn't have to see him (for now), but she has to have letters from him, (thats if he remembers!!0.

The thing is if we have managed without his help. although it is the principle, but its one less hold he has on us. x

hmmmm - if it is just letters then of course your DD doesn't have to read them ......

Frankly your DD seems a well adjusted young lady - or was until El Stuffwit shoved his oar in, if he would just burger off again she would be a whole lot better off (and so would you)

Exactly - hes done damage emotionally and were still working through it, but overall shes a little star, and wouldn't be without her, the novelty will soon wear of for him. x

Nearly the end of another month and all Junes bills are paid, although Julys are coming up the rear quickly! 6 mths into the yr and at nearl 60% of my est payback this yr, so plzed with that.

On a positive have filled in the forms for financial suppport for my OU courses, the quiz says yes, so at a push I think i may have to pay £300 towards them as my grant doesn't cover everything....
Filled in forms for the disabled side of it, just to help with tutorials etc, gd news with these 2 courses no exams!!

no more news, just plod along, xx

gave myself a kick up the rear tonight - Expensive month, opticians, then car being MOt'd this week, got £70 towards it, wanted £500..... dads paying for the light (that help a lot).

So have set up spreedsheet for Julys expenditure, and worked out can pay more than min on couple smaller debts, - help out.

Just so fed up of being mucked about by the CSA, they can't organise a p up in a brewery, and how he gets away with it don't know.
    .
3 weeks till School breaks ups

    Week 1
    opticians +pratting round in town
    Car sorted
Finish the spreedsheet with all incomings and outgoings set u[
Bedroom - tidy built in wardrobe - take a few hours
Get form for DD passport - expires Feb (as its 2nd part of her kids passport be free).
    Check all OU forms

    Week 2
Gut my bedroom again - seems to have got junked up since come back from hol
    Git DDs bedroom

    Week 3
    Gut the garages.

Then when break up all bug jobs been done xx
