**imagines a good glitch suddenly appearing here from Tesco and all these MSE'ers trying to thaw out jugs of water with a hair dryer**

How much did you drink last night ?:rotfl:
I wish!!:rotfl:Haven't had a proper drink in forever! The thought of a hangover and 2 LO's does not appeal!
Congratulations Snap on making yourself the 'Elite + Windows Technical Expert.':beer:

Think I should get a share of that title too :o cos I just fixed it :j:j:j:j:j:j

If you want to get rid of it, go to the control panel, then programs and features. On the left hand side it says 'View installed Updates'. Click on that then scroll down to find IE9 and uninstall it (easier to find if you scroll down the right hand side where the date is). Your computer will then restart and will bve back to the old settings. :D
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist
  • gave the driver the JTD voucher. I don't accept these!:eek::mad::mad: phone up customer service. I tried to explain that it said give to the driver on it, but he wasn't having any of it:mad::mad:

OK I'm pretty angry and you lot will have to let me vent my anger.
Was just in the garden tackling the first cut of the overgrown grass when very elderly neighbour comes wandering in.
Tells me my dog is in the street and the neighbour that hates me has just had to bring it back.
My dog is sitting next to me looking at him all sweetness and light, but he still insists shes on the loose.
Turns out she walked (or ran) up the drive as the horrid neighbour had her dog out........came back on her own as she is a good girl.
Do you think its because she is a staff ( a very soppy staff that is scared of most dogs especially the neighbours ?)
rant over, time for tea and the end of deal.....

:D Thank you - I couldn't go & do the card + card thingy as I know the staff so well in my small town, BUT I have copied you & bought cards for £1.75 (aren't the cards dear in Smiths!) & got the 48 2nd Class & paid 72p extra & then got another = 36 1st & paid £1.40 extra :T

Glad it worked for you - I hate to think what the postage increases will be, they were muttering that 2nd class COULD go as high as 55p !!!! I'm toying with the idea of getting another set to keep me going.

Im so annoyed with myself I havent even brought in my shopping from the car yet!!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
West is best - we all have days like that. It's such a complicated business trying to work out how to maximise your vouchers and minimise your spending - I half envy the people who wander around T aimlessly, putting n whatever they have been tempted by. but then i remember that they are prob going to be overcharged and I'm happy it takes me longer, knowing I have the right products/prices/info. I have to be armed with a list and I tot everything up as i go along..Then it's worse when you can't find something specific on your list (like those elusive Dettol hand wash things).

Here's to your next shop being easier. :)

Right, I'm logging off work ten mins early as my boss is out and I'm off swimming. Not been in about a year so will prob manage about 2 lengths before I'm gasping for breath and wondering why I didn't go to Tesco's instead to look for Duracell batteries :rotfl: Wish me luck!
