Phoned up customer service. The driver should have taken it, we'll get someone hopefully over to you to collect it for you.

I'll laugh if it's the same guy from earlier, who refused to take it.

Won't be doing online shopping again.

Just to let u all know,did 2 whsmith transations,and had £5dettol accepted in superdrug,no prob,make sure u buy something else as well,wont let u just dettol. Found clairol conditioner thingy,finally. U have to search with hair colours,not shampoo or travel minis,like i have been for 3 days
