I actually didn't realise until I had driven out of the car park so had to go back.
She walked over on her own and came back and advised me I had brought the wrong product, I advised there was only 1 product on the shelf I picked it up from. She argued advising me I picked it up from the shelf and I had been charged correctly. I then asked her to follow me and I would show her where they were, 2 very large cardboard boxes filled with them taking up a whole shelf with 4 sel all advising b1g1f. She pulled them all out and huffed and walked back to CS desk.
She advised me the easiest thing to do would be refund them all and then charge them through correctly. I advised would it not be easier to give me DTD as per there policy.
She gave me a full DTD refund but refused to give me my receipt back and as I was leaving made a phone call holding my receipt so not sure who she was calling. Can we get into trouble for using DTD?
No we can't, but she can get into trouble or keeping your flipping receipt:eek::eek::eek::eek:;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Understand where your comming from FK but the Persil/Comfort PDF came from TumbleTots website last September, was pulled last month..Who's the more foolish: the fool, or the fool who follows him?OBI-WAN KENOBI:beer: :A :beer:0 -

Actually i suffer from stress and I think i crunch up my shoulders and neck given me the problem. It flares up then eases but yes I reckon a really good massage would do wonders..........I'm sure I'll be inundated with offers by PM!
French Knickers....well they are my favourites! I mean the big baggy proper ones not the new style 'shorties'. I was looking for some online for a pressie at the same time as setting up this account and couldnt for the life of me think of a username..........0 -
