Just noticed this on the other thread:dawnie1972 wrote: »Note sure if this was store specific but might be worth checking. I was in my local Tesco's this morning and picked up some 1.5kg bags of Tesco Jacket Potatoes - they had a big red sticker on them saying 50p which i thought was very cheap so i got 4 bags. As she rung them through the till they came up as £1.25 so i very stupidly corrected her (instead of paying and then going to CS and getting DTD). Anyway i popped back at lunchtime and the baskets of potatoes had been removed and there was empty racks with the SEL showing £1.25 so this was obviously a pricing error. The bags are clear & brown.
Please remember to go thank the OP if you find it useful0 -

we have a very nice Gentleman who works on our local platform who can (usually) match or get lower prices than any of the companies offering tickets ...we are going to have a word with him .

:T Caught up :T
Been to Mr T's. Used the last of my SSM MOCsGreat while they lasted
Forgive me if I've got the wrong end of the stick - is it the T offers on household products that is running out tomorrow? My SSM vouchers expire on 23 March, - think they last a month from when yo print them? As I say I often get the wrong end of the stick, so hope I haven't here today!!0 -

Afternoon all.
Just managed to catch up.
Took Purdy for a run on the beach this morning and popped into town to collect a Boots.Com order (which wasn't there)
There is a very small Tesco Metro so didn't expect them to have much....but I did get my free bubbly bar and picked up just 2 bottles of lenor as it was heaving in there and I don't know what they are like about coupons.
Anyway, she took them no problem and handed me my change, receipt and the coupons back!!
I'm in a bit of a dilemma....do I phone the store and tell them as her till won't balance by £2 odd or should I use them again...and if so will they show as already having been redeemed.
I'm inclined to go with the first option....My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
I used my first ever price check coupon yesterday and after an age waiting for a supervisor to check it, was told they haven't had one for ages and couldn't remember what to do! I felt a bit ackward with a large queue behind me but I succeeded in getting my £4.20 off from a wombled receipt, yay!I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0
