Saturday I have a viewer for the house, it will interesting to hear what they have to say about the rendering damage. The quote from the builder still hasn't come through so I have no idea how much we are looking at to repair/knock off the price of the house.
Finally, I have cleared the natwest card, in fact even though I'd paid it off about three weeks ago, they still took the payment meaning I was suddenly in credit. I phoned this evening once I'd seen the statement and that amount, all £18 pounds of it is winging it's way back here - bloomin' cheek of them...
I've sold two books today on Green Metropolis, I'd forgotten they were on the site it's been so long since I listed them. That will be another £6 for the coffers.
I also now have 15 items listed on eb@y  Never before have I had so much up there! It's so quiet after the lunch time rush at work that I have plenty of time to list [provided I've taken the photos] I should be able to find time when I'm on the evening shift too with any luck. There are bids totaling £30, not bad considering most are items that started at 99p.
Tomorrow evening I have housework to look forward to, then at least the house will be tidy for the viewers on Saturday, lovely way to spend Friday evening:rotfl:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
