I survived the first week of evenings. Saturday evening was long, I didn't get away until after 12 :( And guess what? I'm going to have to work tomorrow evening as there is no cover.... To look on the bright side of things, it's paid overtime and I need the money at the moment. With the gardening job I have tomorrow morning and the overtime I will have covered the cost of the EPC certificate that I need to sell the house.

There is a 'for sale' board outside, I don't look at it when I go past as it made me cry when it went up :( Today, being my only day of not working for money, I cleared a few more bags of clutter and put some stuff on eb@y, two items have bids already :T Eight do not

This week I will be working days, apart from when I'm working evenings too, in which case, I will be working a lot...

The site's being playing up Piq - we've all had problems. Have you started looking for a new place yet? It might take the sting out of selling if you find somewhere lovely to move on to.

Wow that is alot of work. On the other hand it gets you where you want to go.

Will your downsizing mean that you can pay off the debts as well as move?

I was too early for the Post Office so I posted the three parcels on the way home. Tomorrow is bin day so I've had a bomb through the garage and cleared four bin bags of stuff and one dead floor mop, it is now poking rather fetchingly out from the dustbin:rotfl:

The late payer paid up after I did the Post Office run, naturally :p That is now already to go tomorrow. It was very quiet at the new job, no customers at all so I got another three items listed. I've photoed another three items in case there's time to do the same tomorrow. The people there don't mind at all, they've already told me to bring in a book for when it's quiet and to charge my phone up if I need to. I did. I can see me taking the wrapping paper and items in next :rotfl:

Since the house move decision I've made £100.45 and have bids of £26.99 on other items. I'm hoping that I can save this money towards moving costs rather than living costs, but only time will tell.

:hello:Chev! Yes, I'm hoping that the down-sizing will clear all my debts, certainly, it will reduce the cost of living by a substantial amount meaning I won't have to do so many jobs and may even get a life back, you never know....

:hello:Igamogam! I skim read all the time and have almost gone to print with some howlers where I have got completely the wrong end of the stick :o I haven't said what I'm doing, but it's all very respectable promise! I'm working in a club, not a nightclub, more one where more mature gentlemen gather to ruminate and put the world to rights. I make tea and coffee, cook lunches and dinners then clean up basically. It's like having lots of children again! I work one week days and one week evenings.
