That was a long and busy weekend :D

Let's get the confession out the way first. I didn't set the timer and I didn't do the paperwork :o I'm doing it now - oh no I'm not, I'm on here......

Instead I spent Saturday painting three more pots, all are in various stages of creation, none finished. There is a rose pot, a bee pot and a pot yet to decide what it wants to be:) The weather was not good so no gardening got done, however I've noticed some rather large weeds coming up.....

Thank you for all the suggestions for the bee pot, I have written them down for future pots. I have decided to go down a slightly different route and will make it a 'get the buzz' pot. It has two bees painted on, so I think it will work - yes?

Yesterday I went to a gardening show held in a stately home with my parents. Had a lovely day. Filled with cream teas, lunch, coffee and homemade biscuits and so many plants - heaven!

Somehow I stuck to my budget, only because my dad kept buying things for me :o I've come away with yet another rose, I've never come across such a beautiful fragrance, it's a deep almost blue purple colour, so very unusual as well. A pale pink hardy fushia for the Bear's churn, several different chillies and a cluster of hand carved and painted wooden toadstools for the woodland garden, will be perfect for the bit where nothing will grow.

Another pot sold on eb@y, I've arranged the courier for that. I've started dating the bottom of the pots with a 'grasp the nettle' Wish I'd thought of it before :o A different chicken pot is now up there, it was free listing, yet I only got one pot listed :o

I booked a day's holiday from the coffee shop as I have to get a blood test done later this morning to check my thyroxine levels, still trying to get it right. Maybe, just maybe I'll get some paperwork done....

The ppi money has arrived! I only received the letter on the 15th June and all £4,321.10 has landed in my account this morning :j:j

I've moved it across to my savings account, not really savings, but it runs alongside my current account. I will leave off paying off the cc until the next statement I think. In the meantime I will carry on making the daily tidy up payments to it.

I can look for a shed.....
