Great your mum is getting involved and you sound like you are enjoying the creativity.

Fancy Colin being hot, you must hae very different weather down south. This is the first day its been warm enough to not have to put the heating on at all but its very wet and windy despite being warmer. Can't wait for the better weather and to get some consistent sunshine.

For the painting area why not ask on free cycle for any old kitchen base cupboards? Serve two purposes: surface to use and a place to store finished pots so they stay lovely. Also the base units usually have those screwy type legs which allow for height adjustment. Free cycle also means you get it free!

You "sound" very much happier than you did a few weeks ago. Am pleased
