Waving to all of you

I was going to post on here yesterday, but I fell asleep instead :o It was completely manic at the coffee shop, the sun had come out and so had all the coffee drinkers. I certainly earned my double money! The guy virtually went down on his knees to get me to reconsider leaving! I'm sure his change of personality won't last....I don't think he's had anyone stand up to him before. It's not even his business, it's his mothers! I do my trial day at Pr*t tomorrow and to save money on walking I'm going to have park quite a distance away. I may lose some more weight!:j

Yesterday morning there was a horrible smell in the house. I tracked it down, it was the Bear. He had got pooh all along his back  How?? It can't have been his pooh first hand, so to speak, as it was nowhere near the offending opening. He must have rolled in it.

I washed him down as best I could and left for work. When I got home I did the sniff test and he failed. So I washed him again. During the night I had a less than fragrant cat lying across me - yuk, warm, smelly, purring cat

I had to do a couple of trips out in the car so I popped into the vet to ask what they recommended I wash him in to remove the smell - the answer? Fairy liquid!

Apparently it's what they use on birds and animals that have been affected by oil spills and as long as it's well rinsed off will not harm the animals. It's the grease/oil busting ingredients that work on the offensive pooh. Funny how Fairy don't use this fact in their advertising. Fairy for removing greasy pooh from your cat.....sure it's a winner!

Needless to say, the Bear is sulking, yet again he has a mad tail hairstyle!

Can you imagine that advert, wouldn't we all be rushing out to buy it to wash our dishes :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, hope Bear is ok now and that you had a good day today. Well done for sticking by your guns not to back down when THE BOSS FROM H3LL begged you to stay. Good luck tomorrow x

Good luck from me too, for a happy working day tomorrow ... what a wealth of valuable knowledge you are bringing to the job: if you overhear anyone complaining about their poo-ey cat (or other livestock) you can intervene and bingo! their problem solved!
Seriously, hope it goes really well. Love, the fruitcake x

 And all the best for tomorrow from me too.

I've heard of dogs and foxes rolling in poo but never a cat - The Bear sure does have some adventures and drags you in to them too [I don't mean you also roll in poo but the cleaning up bit :o]

Anyhoo - all the best for a better job experience by far .....
