Awww, good old Bear! I'm pleased he's recovering well. Does he still have enough teeth for rodent-slaughter? He might have to resort to sucking them really hard and drowning them in dribble like our ancient moggy. It's quite effective judging by the offerings on our doorstep most mornings.

Wow! Now that is deep and meaningful. I hope I was wearing something becoming and could I be carrying a glass of wine rather than tuna please?

I not making the cat tuna mayonnaise, so there...

Em, when I said 'you' it was a dark amorphous shadow :D. All I was concentrating on was the plate of tuna and sweetcorn. It was white, with blue and yellow flowers and was a soup plate.

You see, even in my sleep I am dreaming of food :o. Dreamt last night I was in a station buffet bar and was desperate for a cup of tea but didn't have time before catching my train. But really, really wanted one. Woke up gagging for a cuppa, having it now and very nice it is too :T.

Hope Bear is ok, even if I have to confess I don't really like cats :o.

You will never be thrown off the thread, you're far too entertaining! It doesn't matter that you're not that keen on cats, you know that I love the Bear and that's the bit that counts after-all.

You certainly have some multicoloured dreams, don't you? I've always been interested in dream interpretation, never got round to looking into it, but one day I will. Then, madam, I will be analysing you like crazy....

I do analyse my dreams :o. However, I think this was quite straightforward - too long spent on here - the plate pattern looked like the table cloth of someone who posts piccies of her dinner on the eating out of freezer challenge :rotfl:.

Fair enough, I haven't seen the freezer challenge, might go and have a nosy... I love china, I have quite a lot :o some I inherited from my Grandma, a lot I bought on my credit card :o That and beautiful crystal wine glasses. It takes so much longer to pay it back than to spend it - sigh...

I worked all day down the yard today. For £20 not a lot for what you do. I mucked out15 stables, took 15 horses in and out of fields, fed 15 horses. Cleaned and swept the yard, made 30 hay nets are carried the dratted things around the yard. I can really feel that in my shoulders tonight.

A girl broke her leg jumping over a pole, not on a horse, just jumping over a pole! Really scary, she's made a real mess of it too. Strange how something that you might do hundreds of times can suddenly go so wrong.

I'll work down there tomorrow on the afternoon shift, it's very hard work, but every penny helps.

The Bear goes for his checkup tomorrow, not worried about that as he is now his normal happy self complete with purr.

I'll have to get up early to search for work I suppose :( I'll also need to my finances and meal plans, I'm running behind on all of the admin type stuff.

So pleased you have the purring Bear back - but have you explained to him that tuna pate is only for proper poorly cats?

Stables work is very hard, but very good for strength and muscles. Hope the poor girl who broke her leg is OK, it's crazy how accidents will happen over the slightest thing - I broke 2 fingers once running past a tree - ripped a whole chunk out of one finger and still have the scar to prove it!
Right on to admin type things, I have a whole year's worth of accounts to whip into HMRC shape (deep joy)
