By much better I mean the basket is only 3/4 full instead of full with another basket's worth on top!!!
Is amazing how many clothes I've found in there that ds and dd have grown out of and dh says are now no good so have started a new recycling bag.
More bids on eBay
up to £12 now on 5 items, 3 no interest
will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow as it closes because they have lots of watchers. Can't believe that people will pay for empty ink cartridges!
Jobs for today
Take ds to karate
Mark books and load car for school
Strip beds and wash bedding (not nice outside so drier in use but am using it less for other clothes except for towels)
Take dog for a walk/ ds out on his bike
Help ds with homework
Check banking (doing this every day now)
Moither dh to get Zumba DVDs out of loft ( have cancelled gym)
Easy day then!!!!
Hope everyone else's day is productive

All jobs done except for getting zumba dvds!!
Home made soup on stove and jelly cooling in the fridge.
All work for school done by Saturday night. So lovely to have had a Sunday where I'm not clock watching.
Might have to make this my resolution. Will mean very late night on Friday (usually my night off) but today was so much more relaxing.
Bids on ebay doing well. Most finish tonight with 1 tomorrow. Only 2 items without bids.
Happy Sunday everyone.Number of debts between us - 3 (2 @ 0%)0 -

Hello and happy Monday
What a fab day!
Checked Euromillions ticket from Christmas day - won £2.70.
All ebay sales paid. Didn't sell 2 items but others all went. Made over £30. Feeling really good with this as I drove to work. DS cubs fees now covered until Easter.
Got to work to find I'd won a rollover for the bonus ball £94 :j
So instead of paying for DS cubs, it will pay for DD music fees (extortionate). So happy.
Homemade soup from yesterday for lunch. Very nice for a first attempt.
Lunch and dinner from stores/ meal plan.
Hope everyone else is having a productive day xNumber of debts between us - 3 (2 @ 0%)0 -

DH kindly uncovered them today. Will try to use them at the weekend. First week back always makes me shattered.Number of debts between us - 3 (2 @ 0%)0 -
Haven't posted all week. Been a busy bee.
All ebay stuff posted. All people happy except 1!! Posted an old propoints calculator on, with a photo of the box so they could see which version it is, and she says I misled her. At no point did I say it was a new one. I really pride myself on loads of comments I've received about fab condition of the stuff I sell and how it is exactly as described. have sent her a firm, but polite reply and am awaiting her response
On a better note, have stuck to the meal plan all week, with a few additions from DH. He decided the fajitas needed sour cream dip and tortilla chips with them.
Have paid for DC club fees. Need to keep eyes on the account.
Time to go. More work to do. Will check in later xNumber of debts between us - 3 (2 @ 0%)0 -

Thanks for that PG, was appreciated
Have checked accounts and with a bit of luck we won't go over the overdraft limit this month which is a big achievement. Next month will still be tight but this month has proved that we can do it. Not had a takeaway this month so far and are doing quite well at sticking to the meal plan.
Going to try doing some baking this weekend. The Zumba DVDs still haven't been used. Can't get motivated but need to lose weight. Have lots of lovely clothes, some with tags on, in the next size down and my clothes at this size are beginning to look a bit tatty.
Hope everyone has fun in the snow

Moneysaving still going well. Looked at gas statement and massively in credit but an estimated reading. Should I check the meter or not? Think I will stay in the dream of having a credit a while longer.
Ppi claim by dh unsuccessful:( but at least he's cancelled it now. Payday on Monday. Hoping I get back the amount they stopped me last month in error.
Exercise not happening. No energy or inclination at the moment. Want to open a new current account to use for non dd money ( ie food, fuel, haircuts etc.) and a new savings account for car expenses, Christmas etc. don't want to go with HSBC. Any recommendations??Number of debts between us - 3 (2 @ 0%)0 -
I do the same with the gas and electricity meters, I would ignore reading them for as long as possible ! :rotfl:
Sorry to hear about the PPI, is it worth going back for another go or asking the Ombudsmen to take a look ?
We bank through Nationwide now, their online accounts are good, nice and easy to set up. If you dont need a current account, we have various savings accounts with them as well with different names, Rainy Day, In my Dreams , Emergency etc etc. Its straightforward to transfer cash between them all if need be and also you can open as many as you want without them credit checking you. xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
