I signed up on 11th Feb following the link in the weekly email - had no M&S voucher so called them up on Monday.
Was told by a very helpful lady that it looked like I was right and I was entitled to the voucher and she would forward on my details to the right dept - it might take a week or two to get sorted though.
Last night revceived the following email:
"This email is in response to your inquiry with Netflix customer service about a promotional sign-up offer you received. We thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We have reviewed your account and our records indicate that your initial sign up was completed via the Netflix website and not through a promotional site. This registration step is required to be eligible for any Netflix sign-up rewards. Unfortunately your account is ineligible for promotion.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
If you have additional Customer Services questions, please check our Help Centre.

Will be ringing them again later as I definitely followed the link from the email - the address in my browser history shows as:
https://signup.netflix.com/?mqso=80032598
will see what they say...........Come on you Red and White Wizzaaaards!0 -
Spoke to Netflix - confirmed their system shows I'm not due any incentive (what the email said) - only thing I could do was take it up with the organisation that provided the referral link - MSE.
Have emailed the relevant MSE address and cancelled my Netflix account - selection of films doesn't justify the £5.99 charge without the incentive of the M&S vouchers as far as I'm concerned.Come on you Red and White Wizzaaaards!0 -

Thanks for getting in touch KabbaDabbaDoo. I've got your details and will be speaking to Netflix about it, as well as the others who have posted on here that they have experienced problems with the deal.
I will let you know when I know more.
Many thanks,

Hi MSE Becca
I also signed up on Feb 12th and haven't had anything through regarding the M&S voucher. I signed up using the MSE link on the email as the others here did. I will wait to hear your advice before contacting Netflix.

I joined Netflix last month using the Money saving Expert link for the offer of £8 M&S vouchers with first month free, followed by a further £16 in M&S vouchers for paying the subscription on a further two months. Total of £24 M&S vouchers.
This went wrong. I phoned Netflix this morning and they said they could not see that I had used the correct link so I would not get any of my vouchers. They asked what browser I used. I replied Google Chrome and they identified that as the problem - they have had a few similar issues.
So I don't get any of my vouchers and I can't re-sign up for the offer via another browser.
The offered me a second free month but I'm disappointed and concerned about this browser issue for links from MoneySavingExpert. Flagging it here to warn others and in case someone can address the issue.0 -
Very poor selection of films - probably only about a dozen decent films on there at most! (I know they are decent as I have seen them all already long before joining Netflix). Hardly any recent releases.
Couple of decent TV series (Dexter, Breaking Bad) but again I have seen them already and they are only the earlier seasons. These are cheap on dvd anyway as they were released ages ago and have come down in price, or you can buy them used via amazon/ebay etc even cheaper.
£12 topcashback did not track either (using Chrome). So all in all, a bit of a waste of time."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

I'm wonering if I'm only seeing a restricted menu for it. Hardly any films, some foreign martial arts films that are so old it's comedic, even most of the 'mainstream' films are pretty ancient.
Quite disappointed with it to be honest, and I'll be cancelling/0 -
have just seen these posts re no m&s voucher. I signed up using google chrome so I'm guessing this is why I still havent received mine. I really dont see how this can have anything to do with MSE as it clearly stated the m&s offer at the top of the netflix website as I was signing up! I really dont have the time or energy to be chasing this up so have just cancelled and will be advising everyone I know to stay away from them, liars and cheats dont deserve good business!0
