If you like doing flowers etc have a look at some of this girl's designs...
http://www.nail-art.fr/
She's French but if you use google chrome it'll translate it into pidjin english for you. The one-stroke flower designs she does are amazing. I've tried it but I'm hopeless at stuff like that.0 -
Oooops.
Just ordered Riviting an Electrify from the CH Hunger Games range.I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler0 -
Someone asked what FF looks like over black, it's gorgeous but I forgot to take pics!
I think I've bought 10 new nail varnishes in about 3 days, got my first Zoya for 99p in a charity shop. It's called Blossom, very sheer and very pale pink with a hint of shimmer.
At the moment I'm wearing Boots 17 Lasting Fix nail varnish in Mini Skirt (white but a very streaky one and I'm only using it as underwear) then 2 coats of Zoya Blossom followed by 3 coats of BYS in Diamond Glitter. Very "tacky" but I was in the mood for tacky so....
I'd never heard of BYS before but I picked up a bottle in the market and now I want to try more. I might be buying a few of these... http://www.makeup.uk.com/bbys-nail-polish---only-249b-57-c.aspSavings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -

Your nails are absolutely gorgeous!Well, I have had a busy weekend, so I have painted to my hearts content while my hubby watched the F1 this morning..
I decided to play with different finishes etc,
It started with a Milan base with a glitter dipped tip, and then a matte base coat, which I loved

Then I started with the green, and had a lime all about nails base, and put some glitter hexagons on it green too. Quite pretty

But then I decided to hand paint some roses, and I fell in love

So, I was inspired and did a Cath Kidston inspired print. So I am officially in love and never ever want to take these off my fingers

How to get thrown out of House of Fraser: Play with the Deborah Lippman varnishes:p Well how else am I supposed to see if I like it?
#
The mermaid one is lovely and Happy Birthday is nice too
Anyway decided to play with spots when I got home, but I got the shakes when trying to do my right hand :rotfl:
The rimmel orange actually looks red here - but it is a hot orange (honest!)
And the spots went a bot cloudlike when I popped on the seche vite.
Ah well
Next week I'm going to try the spatter technique so I must get some sheets of big paper to cover my table with to protect it - :rotfl:Noli nothis permittere te terere

My stoopid dog broke one of my nails today so I've chopped them all short
On the plus side, they're probably short enough now for one of the full nail stamps to cover them :cheesy:. I'll give it a bash tomorrow. [STRIKE]I've had too many glasses of wine[/STRIKE] It's too late to try it tonight.0 -
