That does look yummy. I'd want to go to a salon and have it done though.

Am repainting my nails at the mo. Nothing as dramatic though. Using OPI Mrs O'Leary's BBQ which is becoming a fave for work as it looks really classy IMHO.

its a bit naff, but i sure it will get better when i get the hang of it.

However i managed to break a nail doing it! banged it on the table top while scraping.

Tygermoth That's great for a first attempt! I've tried loads of times with a Konad plate my sister has, and I can never get it to work!!

On that thought can't anyone recomend a good white polish. I like to apply white under my neon colours and after using my last one up (a £shop cheapy) can't find a good coverage white polish. Everyone i have bought recently takes about four coats to stop massive streakyness and when i add a couple of coats of colour on top it never seams to dry.

I've just googled for swatches of the LD and :eek: some were awful. Seems a colour that either suits or doesn't?

I'm also after a plain white with good coverage.

at the moment i am using a models own white and it is pretty good for the price x

Its vile ive decided, not helped by the fact after 24hrs wear its reacted to my topcoat and gone yellowy.

I am currently sporting what looks like nicotine stained pastel green tips.

Might give that a go then -someone else recomended i try NI Soho Silk basecoat as it dries slightly white and make neons pop. On a ebay hunt for it cheap to try atm.

That looks really great! I don't agree with your OH btw , I think the blue/green nail looks lovely, really pretty.
