Yeah, I started with M57 because I wanted the zebra nails and loved it. Going to the Beauty UK show in May, so hopefully I can pick some different stuff up there

Are you in the trade? Just checked one on in London & it seems to be trade only :-( Love China Glaze, bought mine from Sally's and just found a small local store also selling them :-)

I'd love to grow my nails long enough to being able to stamp on them.

They don't need to be long, Lady S's nails are fairly short and they look fab with stamping.

The only stamping I can't do due to my nail length is the french tip ones. I still put stripes across the tipsm but just not as a french tip as it would go most the way down my nail.i

VALM...I'm underwhelmed by the Spiderman collection as well (which is probably a good thing!), except for Just Spotted The Lizard (that will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine).

Nope, not even that one is doing anything for me.

Picklednut - I have found that grey colours are really difficult to buy as they tend to look very blue against my skin tone. The best one I have found is $OPI Break a Leg Warmer but this is not available in the UK - I got my via a makeupalley.com swap.

Rimmel actually sell a colour called Steel Grey which is not grey at all. See link:-

I came across this as I'm looking for a dupe of $OPI Metro Chic.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I fix tears & breaks with tea bags!! Tear off a shred & soak it in nail glue and lay across the break, leave it to dry, then another drop of glue then buff smooth when dry. Looks weird unpainted but holds the nail together until it grows out enough to file right down. A real b*t h to get off though.

    I do the same. :D

Thanks so much for this tip - I'll be off to town tomorrow for some nail glue!

Superglue works just as well. It's basically the same stuff.

What should I do if my nail has peeled really badly? There's a noticeable dip at the end of my nail but it's too short to cut or file. It looks awful when I try to paint it.
