I've tried a few different quick dry things on technic polish (nicole by opi drops, sally hansen and ummm i can't remember the other ) and none seemed to work at all. Also found the technic polish felt a bit funny for a couple days even after it was dry. It feels sort of, not oily... but I don't know how to describe it, just slightly greasy. So don't feel too disheartened about your quick dry top coat, blame the technic polish and play again another day

Re the technic polish, I put a coat over 2 coats of accesorize polish last night & it was fine apart from 1 finger where I think I'd done the accesorize 1 a wee bit thicker. Really didn't seem to take too long to dry, it did smell like turps or something though.

So I'm not going mad lol. Here is the finished result, NYC Skin Tight Denim with Technic Mermaid:



I did venture into town today and had quite a successful morning! This is my haul:



Collection 2000 Bongo Beat(far left) with Maybelline Dark Denim and Maybelline Eyeshadow (x2 there is only one in the pic though!) were from Boots in the £1 clearance. When I got to the checkout Maybelline was still going through as 3 for 2 so my polish and 2 shadow boxes were £2!

3 Polishes at the back, I'll swear are W7. These were the 99p Store so bargain for 3 polishes! The bottles are identical to W7 but without the mark on the bottom. The foil and the pink Esprit polish (which is actually more purple and called Spicy Violet) was poundland and the 2 Technic bottles were bodycare. Bedazzled Glitter was 99p and the shimmer and shine shade 32 (polish with a separate pot of glitter!) was £1.19p.

Shame I've got the ironing to do now because I want to play!

Well I went to the orginal factory shop today and managed to pick up technic carnival, a bottle of cuticle oil, a Sally Hansen blue and a NYC purple!! Very pleased!!!
