Hi there - I've only just seen this thread by accident, I didn't get a link to it so apologies for the late reply. The original poster asks if anyone knows what happened with Kerjerfer or LindandNicole. Re KJ, Aspect did take her to court, and then a completely unscrupulous solicitor offered her a 'deal' in the corridor to pay £60 (we all know she was not legally obliged to pay anything) but she took the offer. Aspect also took me to court, in January 2012. With the assistance of Pepipoo, I had prepared and submitted a defence including the key point that this was clearly a penalty as it did not reflect any true losses incurred by trespass. Guess what. Aspect didn't submit any legal papers to support their 'claim' for £152 from me (because of course, they have no legal grounds to do so) - and they didn't show up. To anyone who is reading this because you've been ticketed - please, please don't pay their silly 'fines' - unless it is from the police or a genuine local authority they are simply not legally enforceable - private companies have no right to 'fine' you.
