Oh no, we were wrong. You obviously have been speaking to your friend Gary. Between Gary and Sibley us first time buyers haven't a chance.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Do prices of properties ever drop as low as £160k?
They must be on the worst of all worst Council Estates!!
The snazzy town centre flats around here that were built during the boom were fetching 100 THOUSAND POUNDS, There are now 8 available and are all priced around 34K.
They have dropped 6k since last month alone.
You can have the penthouse for 45k if you like:rotfl:.0 -
Yes, it's true and time you peasants learned your place.
Do not try to get above your station again. We are keeping you down there. No hope of ever getting an average house under 160K.
We will allow HPI to stagnate around 175K. You will have to work 24/7 to keep a roof over your heads. That is our long term aim. :rotfl:
Are you doing all of this to try and pull back some of your pride you lost when you had to buy a wife.
At least tell me shes a pretty woman:rotfl:0 -

Lets see if Sibley and his alter egos (Mr & Mrs Ree) can stop his price falls. The present figures below on the brink of falling below £160k.
Average House price
Halifax = £160,063
Nationwide = £162,228
Land Registry = £160,384
Do your best Sibley. :rotfl:
Shouldn't you have raised this after prices dropped below 50%, even if your timeline of Christmas 2009 was incorrect.
Sibley at this point of time is still correct.
You at this point of time are still wrong.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
