I'll let you bears into a secret. We will not allow the average house price to drop under 160k. We deserve it.

Lets see if Sibley and his alter egos (Mr & Mrs Ree) can stop his price falls. The present figures below on the brink of falling below £160k.
Average House price
Halifax = £160,063
Nationwide = £162,228
Land Registry = £160,384
Do your best Sibley. :rotfl:

You said "average house price to drop under 160k" not average council estate house, its set in stone
Never knew the "S" meant Sibley. Able to jump over skyscrapers in a single bound, able to stop a speeding locomotive, able to stop average land registry prices falling under £160k, it's Super Sibley!!!!:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Yes, it's true and time you peasants learned your place.
Do not try to get above your station again. We are keeping you down there. No hope of ever getting an average house under 160K.
We will allow HPI to stagnate around 175K. You will have to work 24/7 to keep a roof over your heads. That is our long term aim. :rotfl:We love Sarah O Grady0 -
Tip for Sibley....switch to DLCG.0

The funniest part about the whole Sibley thing is that as much as the bears love to mock his theory that "they won't let it happen", as it turns out, he was right.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
