Some friends of my parents lived in a house in the middle of a graveyard, the husband had been the caretaker and bought the house off the church, they thought they'd struggle selling but they had loads of interest and a few ended up in a bidding war both couples were goths
I dont think it would bother me for the perfect house.0 -

It will put me off but if vendors reduce the price enough to compensate that I might snatch it

Nothing is a deal breaker as long as the price is appropriate.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
If it was a little quaint ild churcyard attached to a church it could be almost nice! But overlooking or being next to a large modern cemetery would be extremely depressing if you ask me. I viewed a house years ago and soon as I saw the cemetery next door (EA never told me ir was there!) I did a quick viewing and left sharply.:eek:0
