Would it be a deal breaker or if the size/decor/glazing/electrics..etc all up to date would make you consider buying it?
Thanks

Depends - is this the house in the area with anti-social behaviour problems you mentioned in your previous thread? If so, you need to check out the graveyard during evenings to see if it's a local hang-out.0

You may need to take out an indemnity policy against zombie invasion.Je suis sabot...0

HAHAHAHA very funny
I knew it wouldn't go without a few jokes!
I haven't noticed any problems or noise at night/weekends from the cemetery.0 -
It wouldn't put me off if the property was in the right area to start with. In fact, a cemetery directly opposite would be a definite bonus to me. Nice and quiet. Friends of mine lived right next to a church and their house overlooked the graveyard. It was a very pleasant place.0

Wouldn't put me off at all - like other posters said, nice and quiet and better still no nosey neighbours looking over your fence (if they are then I would guess you were really in for some trouble!!!)0

Not far to go if the NHS lets you down.
This reminds me of the recent thread about buying a house where someone has died.0 -
Certainly would suit me better than the screaming fishwife i cuurently have next door:D0

It boils down to:
a) Are you superstitious?
b) How superstitious do you think potential purchasers from you would be when the time comes to sell [potentially decades hence]?
Personally I would discount the future value of superstition as I reckon that people [ie society] become less superstitious the more educated they are. So you could gain from that.0 -
Wouldn't put me off presuming (as above) it wasn't used as a hangout for the local chavs! I'd quite like it, actually.
It will always put off a percentage of viewers - I would imagine quite a small percentage nowadays. There was a similar thread re this a while back. Can't remember if there was a poll on it or not...
