Thanks everyone for replying.
I'm not bothered by it if anything I think it's quirky and charming, but just thought I'd ask for when I decide to sell :cool:0 -
I'd have grave concerns about the purchase myself, think in my mind I'd have to make sure the details of the house and surrounding area were dead right before proceeding.0

Not far to go if the NHS lets you down.
This reminds me of the recent thread about buying a house where someone has died.
That was my thread and at the time I had an issue with it.... Now, no such issue. If the price is right and you like the house then I would go for it. Whatever your beliefs if the house feels right you will know and won't care!
After seeing so many poor houses now the history doesn't bother me whatsoever! Some houses just aren't for you!0 -
I hear people are dying to get a plot in that part of town.......0

If its just adults, its okay...but if you have children, they might be scared a bit....do you remember how much ghost stories haunted you? In that age, even a small sound will put questions in your mind if you cannot exactly tell where its coming from....too much stress on kids...
Finally, my thoughts - I wouldnt buy.0 -
It would definitely put me off!0

Or it could work in the opposite way and desensitize them to it which could onyl be a good thing!0
