does anyone know what time the sale starts ie 12.01 am or from 9am. I only ask in that last year i tried for seaside locations and couldnt get what i wanted but then loads appeared on ebay at huge mark ups. Such a shame as this was our only chance of a holiday so i really want to be on the ball this year and take the rugrats away

According to this link it's 6am - early start tomorrow! You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -
Does anybody know if you are able to buy two nights at once on the offer or is it limited to one night per person?
Thanks0 -
Travelodge at Staines is nice, and there's a Waitrose across the car park which you can grab a breakfast at/grab provisions to take with you to Legoland. We've also stayed at Slough, which is reasonable, and Heston Services which isn't as nice but is usually cheap!
Hi do you mind me asking how did you get on for parking as notice they don't have parking but a nearby pay and display. Its a toss up between Langley and staines at the moment0 -
Bangor a bit scruffy and at least 3 miles from the town centre.
Portmadog is excellent and in a good location within walking distance of the town.(10 mins)
Aldi and Tesco close by.MiraculousM wrote: »The one in Caernarfon is the best travelodge I have ever stayed in.. the room we got was massive and clean. I loved it. I wish it wasnt so far or we would have stayed again. We stayed for 2 nights in Caernaforn in December. We stayed in 2 family rooms in the ground floor (the reception is on the 1st floor accessible via a lift/stairs). I can totally recommend these rooms..they were clean, quiet and we had a lovely time. The timing was not perfect for doing much outside, but if u go in warmer weather it would be ok.
there is no cafe in this travelodge, but there is a table table (Premier inn's breakfast cafe) just opposite the hotel and also there was another cafe just opposite the hotel front entrance. One day we had breakfast at Morrisons which is closeby.
there is a free car park (2-5 minutes walking distance from the hotel). The only downside is you cant take a vehicle to the hotel entrance, so u will have to carry yr stuff for a tiny distance (we parked opposite Table Table while unloading/reloading.

Thank you very much for this information. Will be giving the Bangor one a miss. Think I will try for Caernarfon as my first option and Porthmadog if no luck.
Thanks very much guys, a big help :beer:0 -

Any suggestions for travelodges within easy walking distance of train stations (not Chester, York or Edinburgh) Southampton is miles from the station so that ones out as well
I'm sure when I booked the Newquay Travelege for the in-laws, It was quite close to the train station. Walton-on-Thames is next door the Train Station and the Sunbury Travelodge is around the corner from the station but those to are probably not 'holiday' destinations.BOBBIs_MUMMY wrote: »Hi do you mind me asking how did you get on for parking as notice they don't have parking but a nearby pay and display. I can't comment on Stains except that I've always avoided it due to lack of parking. I've stayed at Langley though and it's quite nice (for a Travelodge). It was an old Innkeepers lodge and IMO, the rooms are slightly better than a standard Travelodge (but are still basic).
There is a large Car Park at Langley, shared with the Toby Carvery, which was quite busy on the weekend we visited but we managed to get a space on both nights and once the Carvery has closed you are usually able to get a 'better' parking space if you wish.
There is a very large Tesco and large Sainsbury’s about 5 minutes away from the Hotel (on the way to Legoland) and Toby Carvery does breakfast at the hotel.0 -
Does anybody know if any of these £10 rooms are ever available on a weekend? Whenever I have looked they have always been midweek.....is it just because I haven't been quick enough looking or are they always mid week ones? Also is there a restriction as to how many you can buy in one go? Is it limited to one room per booking? A few of us looking to go away for a night out somewhere different so I was hoping to book 3 rooms.0

States 6am but in past sales its started at 2, 3, 4am and I think it was 6am last time.
Also, the_blind_king you can book as many rooms as you possibly can I don think theres any limit.0 -
