First day back to work after 3 weeks off was mighty tough. Re-Joined the rat race armed with my pack lunch and juice/snacks. My desk drawer is now full of healthy, cheaper alternatives to the vending machine. The trick is not to eat it all and make it last the week!
Gym session tomorrow night, and I'm looking forward to it! What's wrong with me! :rotfl:Juicer arrived today, so will be giving that a go tomorrow and starting week 2 of the healthy eating in earnest!
 Some accountability:
Starting weight:- 171lbs on 1st January
Week 1 weight:- 167lbs
Target weight:- 150lbs. By Easter?
I get away with the above weight cos I'm tall and pearshaped, and never usually weigh/ calorie count, as i prefer the gym, but time to get back into the size 10s of 2010.:D
OMG just realised I was a size 10 in 2010 and a 12 last year. Time to put it in reverse me thinks before we get to 2014

Made the mistake of curling up on the sofa after having my shower when I got back from the gym. Now I can't move! Was wanting to change the bed sheets too as there's nothing better than a crisp fresh bed but I'll have to expend energy I don't know I have!!
Dig deep!
Also gonna stick on an egg or two to boil for sandwiches tomorrow. Day 3 of pack lunches. Already planned on making soup tomorrow night for thurs and I've got a meeting all day on Friday, so will have to think of something easy and portable so I don't snack on biscuits all day!
Been drinking green tea recently and I'm really beginning to think its helping with the toning up. Could be all in my head of course!!Mortgage debt : -£17,000

Just finished making asparagus soup for our lunches tomorrow. Determined to reduce my work related spending, I'm still smarting from my annual train ticket!
Relieved to see all the quidco Christmas purchases tracking and coming through. Every little helps, especially with the second car insurance being due soon!
Still another 3 weeks til pay day :eek:Mortgage debt : -£17,000

Another £40 spent! I only nipped in for milk and fruit
So that's £18, £48, £40 = £106 and only the 9th day in. What on earth am I up to?! And that's no alcohol or cleaning. Just pure food!!!

:rotfl:You said it!!
Life happens. Start again, and better luck this time. Best to plan meals and then shop accordingly. You can also apply the tough-love stuff and say if you've run out (say milk) then you've run out, tough. Have to wait until next weeks planned shop. Drinking black coffee or going without won't hurt......0 -
Hmmm I think all my extra food spending is because of meal planning! Like I have x,y & z but need buy rice/ veg, etc To go with it. Now I've got that sorted (hopefully!) I shouldn't be much more for meals for the rest of the month.
Well if my £10/day is prorated it would make for a expensive food spend for 2nr people!
Looks like (for once) procrastination pays....FD have increased the joining bonus to £125.Must sort OH out this weekend. Wonder if I will also get £50 referral?!
Also pretty pleased with my 'sneaky' overpayments into the joint account to cover the yearly expenditures (insurances, etc) only £50 each extra each month means we have built up a sum for our February car insurance renewal and annual green spaces factoring charge. :T will be back down to zero once this is paid, but will build it up again for sure over the year, as it really makes a difference. Loving my meal plan app ( although getting my cupboards set up is initially expensive) I don't need to think anymore! My aim is to start using the online shopping so I only buy what I need for the upcoming week(s).

It can stay all day but it better go before I've to drive tomorrow morning! :rotfl:
