Evening everyone
Miffy thinking of you hope all went how you hoped. Never easy I know.
Monnagran just seen where you live, is it facing mainland, was just wondering if I could see your house??? I often walk along beach at Stokes Bay/Lee on Solent.
Did not post this morning as was shopping, went to Asd@, but after successful trip to Ald1 last week, did not buy as much and will be getting other bits in Ald1 at weekend. Figure if I bulk buy from there, can do smaller Asd@ shops weekly. Especially as DD and DS prefer Ald1 produce. Did get bargain in Asd@ though, their own brand Protect toothpaste reduced to 30p a tube, so I bought 4!
Done load of washing, now on airer, DW emptied and reloaded, tea was HM chicken pie, HM wedges and green beans.
Now off to "remind" DS to put clean bedding on, or he will lay on matress with duvet pulled over him!
Keep warm everyone.Thoughts to all. Mrs D.

Anyway we got the dog in the car and i took him to the vets and he has now found his way home as thankfully he was microchipped. Kid's dad was worried about me but like I told him whilst there is breath in my body I will continue to help any living creature if it is in distress.
Well done Molly :T good for you helping him, I bet his owners / family were glad xx
Miffy, hope today went as well as it could xx0 -

Nah - love her to bits, just hate her bloomin attitude, and I was such a perfect teen
Sorry can't offer you much reassurance on the not so DD front, as SOTD is nearly 25 and a nightmare still:mad::mad:I'm sure she's an exception though;):D:D"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Late one from me today,I've been minding DGN all day as my niece was on a training day.He came here at 8.30,then at 2.30 I pushed him in his pram to their house,SisIL relieved me at 5.30.I was shattered by then,9 months old and he never stops :rotfl:he's had 1/2 hr sleep all day.
I took a meat pie out of the freezer last night, made some wedges this morning so it would all be ready to just pop in the oven when I got back, and some chunks from a fresh pineapple from L!d1 .Had that then promptly fell asleep for half an hour, cant take the pace these days and to think I used to be a nursery nurse looking after children all day long:rotfl:
Miffy-my thoughts are with you, hope the funeral went as well as it could.
Molly-nice one with the lab :T,our pooch got out a couple of times when we first got him, horrible,we were all running round looking for him like mad things, when he ambled out of a garden a few houses down,DH had taken the car and was driving round. The 2nd time he ran into a cow barn with DS in hot pursuit, turned round when he saw the cows and DS caught him.Hope youre none the worse for it though.
Hello Salopman, nice to see you, post more often!
