I never received a confirmation email after I applied on the Sky Rewards site last week.
I contacted Consort Travel by phone (I know, 5p/min ) and they told me that my evoucher was sent out to me on Tuesday night but mine had been rejected because it turned out that my email address was not correct (I'm sure I typed it in correctly at the time)
So they corrected it for me but I had no email yesterday morning - rang them up again and they said that the evoucher had not been requested to be resent. So they put a request on it yesterday and said that the evoucher would then take a couple of days to come through. I have received nothing this morning so hopefully will have received something by Monday morning. If that doesn't work I'll give them my Gmail address
Btw, I have a Yahoo address and read somewhere of someone else having experienced same problem because of their Yahoo email address. I have been checking my Spam and Trash folders, but received nothing from Consort Travel in there either. HTH
I think that was me Moomin. Still not had my vouchers and the original confirmation email from no_reply at leger.co.uk still won't open in my inbox (it says "there was a problem opening this mesage"), only opens in my spam folder. I've just forwarded it to my Gmail and it opened fine though the Sky and Disneyland Paris logos don't appear as the original does?
I haven't rung them yet. I figured it was all going pear shaped because their system was swamped and hopefully the email would turn up :huh:0 -
The ticket is in whoevers name you put the deatils in for - not the sky account holder. So yes, you can do this! ID is needed for the person whose name is on the ticket - not the sky account holder.0

I really hope so.. beware that DLP is a lot more expensive on the gate if we do rock up with these vouchers and they aren't accepted. I guess we will find out for sure after the first lot of people go in April. Someone else has posted here though that they have had their voucher and the sky customers name was not on it. This seems like a very good sign

A word of warning though the discounted hotels are actually alot more expensive than booking direct

Went merrily ahead & booked my park tix for a bank holiday weekend, now trying to book Eurostar & hotel deal through sky, but its impossibe, they have no deals with Eurostar available on bank hols or in school hols, my OH is a teacher, think I'm going to have to book those bits separately. REALLY WANT TO GO NOW, so don't want to cancel it!

Book it not through the website book it yourself via eurostar0 -
Tickets booked through hotmail came after 10 days, tickets booked through yahoo still haven't come after 12 days
. Don't know if its a yahoo problem or the fact that second tickets were booked through parents account but with husbands name on tickets 0 -

We have had our vouchers too - and my husbands name is on them all not the sky member. :j0 -
We got our vouchers through a few days ago. The first ticket is in my husband's name and then we got another code from the in-laws and my name is on that one. So it's all good. We were going to go any way on the way to Spain - now it's free!!!! :j0

Apologies if this question has already been asked, I didn't spot it when going through the thread.
We've booked 2 tickets through the Sky free tickets offer but were wondering if we could still access the Magic Hours if we booked a hotel on site, such as Santa Fe. When researching on the internet I came across a sentence saying something along the lines of a package including both the hotel and park tickets had to be booked to access the extra Magic Hours, but I couldn't find reference to this any more. Is it enough just to be staying at the hotel even if the park tickets are from some other source?
Thanks!0
