Glad it's working out, has anyone received them from yahoo account? I got the confirmation ok but no sign of tickets
Already booked explorers hotel so really hoping they come!
I phoned Consort travel again this morning as I still hadn't received any email from them. They told me that nothing would have been sent out over the weekend and therefore my voucher had not yet been resent but would probably get sent in the next release of emails.
.....but at 2.25pm this afternoon, I received my voucher for Disneyland to my Yahoo email address. Hurray!
Hope that those of you with Yahoo email addresses will receive your vouchers soon too.
Btw...the voucher email is from "noreply@consorttravel.com" or "Consort eDocumentation"0 -
Apologies if this question has already been asked, I didn't spot it when going through the thread.
We've booked 2 tickets through the Sky free tickets offer but were wondering if we could still access the Magic Hours if we booked a hotel on site, such as Santa Fe. When researching on the internet I came across a sentence saying something along the lines of a package including both the hotel and park tickets had to be booked to access the extra Magic Hours, but I couldn't find reference to this any more. Is it enough just to be staying at the hotel even if the park tickets are from some other source?
Thanks!
hey if u book the hotels at paris u get tickets for park included with your stay its not like florida0 -

Hi, if you go on Expedia you can book the Disney hotels only with no park tickets. I just stayed at newport bay at dlp with my family with the sun newspaper deal. We had vouchers for both days which we exchanged for park tickets. When we checked into the hotel we got a little card called a magic pass I think. This is what we had to show to get in early. You only get it if you stop in a Disney hotel though, not the hotels that consort offer. The hotel Santa fe is Disney and we booked through Expedia for £130 for one night. Hope this helps you out

Finally my vouchers turned up exactly 10 days after originally booking and after the initial problems with the confirmation letter only opening in the spam folder of my Yahoo mail, this email came to my inbox.0

Its soooo expensive to travel with Eurostar
i booked our tickets without looking for travel first, now checking the eurostar on the day before we'd go and returning the day of the ticket is coming to £500 for 2 adults and 1 child
and then hotel is £180 for that one night. Thats £680 already, just last year we paid just short of £1000 for 5days/4nights at Explorers Hotel and 5 day park tickets, eurostar direct travel into the park, premier (top grade) meal plans for all of us (so basically all inclusive), birthday cake to have at the Cinderella restaurant and buffalo bill show tickets . With the same departure date as this years.
Its totally put me off

Hi,
I ordered 2 tickets in my name from a hotmail account on the 10th of February and 2 tickets in my girlfriends name from a yahoo account on the 13th of February.
I received a confirmation email on both accounts within about 10 minutes stating that I would be sent my voucher in 10 days.
I've still not recevied anything and I'm getting a bit worried now.
Can anyone advise?
Has anyone recevied their tickets 2/3 days later than expected? Still holding out hope...
Thanks everyone0 -

Scott I rang Consort on Monday 20th, exactly 10 days after booking them, and the chap told me to give it till the end of this week and to ring them again if they hadn't arrived. By chance they actually arrived about an hour after I was on the phone so they may have arrived anyway without me ringing but I'll never know. If you ordered on the 10th and 13th I would maybe see if anything has come back from either order tomorrow as thats 10days after your second order and if you've had nothing by about lunchtime I'd be tempted to give them a buzz maybe?0 -
It is only 2 tickets per household, so anyone who used someone else's code but their own address again will have the second order cancelled

This is what happened to ours, luckily I had another friend to try using their address, so fingers crossed.0 -
Hello all.
I have ordered two days worth of tickets. One in my name to my address and one in my girlfriends name at her old address.
Both tickets were confirmed with emails saying 'We are delighted to confirm you have successfully booked your 2 free park tickets to Disneyland Paris for Sunday 20 May 2012, exclusively from Sky Rewards.' It then goes on to say we will be emailed the confirmation again in ten days. Does this mean we should have the tickets and will get the days we wanted/picked?
Also looking to book online I found a hotel near the resort and it is only asking £230 for Eurostar plus hotel for two nights for two adults and one infant. This seems a bit TOO cheap. Are Expedia reliable with Disney bookings?

Has anyone else had this? I've ordered some on my parents' account in hubby's name - put our address though.....0
