2 free tickets to Disney land paris

It is only 2 tickets per household, so anyone who used someone else's code but their own address again will have the second order cancelled

This is what happened to ours, luckily I had another friend to try using their address, so fingers crossed.
Did this happen after you got your actual tickets through? How did they notify you that they were cancelled?
Good luck everyone and Thank you to all posters xx0 -
Same happened to me.sammie1884 wrote: »Did this happen after you got your actual tickets through? How did they notify you that they were cancelled?
I received both confirmation emails but only one of the vouchers.
I eventually emailed them saying I hadn't received my voucher for [insert date here] and they told me it was cancelled. Had I not asked I would've had never known, they don't notify people!
They told me one per household, but it's actually two households, just put in the same name for ease. They then told me to rebook through Sky but the initial Sky code can no longer be used as it wasn't reinstated after the booking was cancelled.
Complete mess if you ask me!0 -
Thanks for answering that, I think they have done that to me, at least now I know. I will rebook now.

Scott I rang Consort on Monday 20th, exactly 10 days after booking them, and the chap told me to give it till the end of this week and to ring them again if they hadn't arrived. By chance they actually arrived about an hour after I was on the phone so they may have arrived anyway without me ringing but I'll never know. If you ordered on the 10th and 13th I would maybe see if anything has come back from either order tomorrow as thats 10days after your second order and if you've had nothing by about lunchtime I'd be tempted to give them a buzz maybe?
Eddi thanks for the advice.
Checked emails today and both vouchers have arrived!
Happy and relieved!
Good luck to everyone else. Hope everyone gets their tickets ok.

Did you put the same address for both sets of vouchers? Not sure what to do - I only booked mine last week so no vouchers yet but put our address on both so I'm worried I'll get one set cancelled. Don't want the dates to sell out before I find out though as we're going in the June half term week which I think will be popular because of the 2 bank holidays. So should I rebook the second day with another friend's account just in case or wait and see if the first set come through first? Hmm, what to do......? Has anyone had vouchers through for two days with the same address on both?0 -
Also looking to book online I found a hotel near the resort and it is only asking £230 for Eurostar plus hotel for two nights for two adults and one infant. This seems a bit TOO cheap. Are Expedia reliable with Disney bookings?
Thanks
Expedia are fine for bookings for DLP
. Just check that you have everyone included on your booking etc, as to be honest I've found Expedia a bit of a pain if you need their customer service. 0 -

i booked our tickets without looking for travel first, now checking the eurostar on the day before we'd go and returning the day of the ticket is coming to £500 for 2 adults and 1 child
and then hotel is £180 for that one night. Thats £680 already, just last year we paid just short of £1000 for 5days/4nights at Explorers Hotel and 5 day park tickets, eurostar direct travel into the park, premier (top grade) meal plans for all of us (so basically all inclusive), birthday cake to have at the Cinderella restaurant and buffalo bill show tickets . With the same departure date as this years.
Its totally put me off
you could do it much cheaper than that though - try budget flights/driving as a travel option, and source your own hotel nearby (plenty to choose from in val d'europe and bussy st georges).0 -
Hello all. I have ordered two days worth of tickets. One in my name to my address and one in my girlfriends name at her old address.
Both tickets were confirmed with emails saying 'We are delighted to confirm you have successfully booked your 2 free park tickets to Disneyland Paris for Sunday 20 May 2012, exclusively from Sky Rewards.' It then goes on to say we will be emailed the confirmation again in ten days. Does this mean we should have the tickets and will get the days we wanted/picked?

I may be wrong but I think you would only be able to pick dates that were available anyway (not greyed out). So if you got the first email to say hurrah you've booked your tickets successfully and the dates listed were what you'd picked then that's exactly what you'll get your vouchers for.
I imagine the first set of confirmation emails are a way for Consort to weed out unscrupulous looking applications and people blatantly taking the mickey (no pun intended :rotfl:) and check through address details, names etc before they send out all the vouchers simply because of the value of what's on offer.
When the vouchers come you have to acknowledge you've had them by logging a code from the vouchers into their website.
I'm not sure about Expedia & Disney but I've often used Expedia to book hotels elsewhere and have just booked a hotel close to Disney the night before our visit for £59.11

Hey,
No I had thought about this when booking and used two different addresses.
One set of tickets with my email account and my name and address
One set of tickets with my other email account and her name and address0 -
Hi all - I ordered two lots of tickets and used different names but the same email address and postal address - the first voucher arrived yesterday and the second arrived today! Very pleased as I had read the previous posts here yesterday and thought my second ones would be cancelled - hope it works for others as well!0
