No you can use the ticket, once they have been collected anyone can use them. We are all worried in case the sky account holder has to be present, even if you change the name in the ticket.

Thanks, I thought there had to be some catch in it - that only my hubby could use the tickets or something!

I have booked a second day on my cousins account for us, will we be able to use it? He has a different name but when signing up for the tickets we put my name and details in...

    Anyone know?

I think the only way we gonna know for sure is when the vouchers come through - if they don't have the account holders name on then I am hoping we will be okay.

I have received my e-ticket it has the name the ticket was booked in, not the Sky account holder's name on it. Under the name it say's Photo ID is required for the person named above

The T&Cs go on to say

This Voucher entitles the named individuals to two free Adult 1 day/ 2 Park dated tickets. This voucher does not grant you access to the Parks. You will need to present this voucher at the ticket booth at the entrance to either Walt Disney Studios® Park or Disneyland® Park with photo ID matching the name above such as a Passport or Driving licence. You will then be issued with Park entrance tickets allowing you access to both Parks for the day of your visit. Tickets will be allocated for one specific day and date. Tickets cannot be exchanged or used on any other day or date under any circumstances.

So 2 people have received their tickets? That seems odd.

Did anyone get any other emails, like when they put the request through? Getting worried now as mine says I've used the voucher but I'm on day 10 of waiting!

I never received a confirmation email after I applied on the Sky Rewards site last week.
I contacted Consort Travel by phone (I know, 5p/min ) and they told me that my evoucher was sent out to me on Tuesday night but mine had been rejected because it turned out that my email address was not correct (I'm sure I typed it in correctly at the time)

So they corrected it for me but I had no email yesterday morning - rang them up again and they said that the evoucher had not been requested to be resent. So they put a request on it yesterday and said that the evoucher would then take a couple of days to come through. I have received nothing this morning so hopefully will have received something by Monday morning. If that doesn't work I'll give them my Gmail address

Btw, I have a Yahoo address and read somewhere of someone else having experienced same problem because of their Yahoo email address. I have been checking my Spam and Trash folders, but received nothing from Consort Travel in there either. HTH
  • Hi,

We're a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. We've just used our code and got confirmation email of the tickets.....Could we now do it through our parents sky account and effectively get a furter 2 x tickets to get us all in free on the one day?

Ie, use the ones we have for My wife and one child, and then book 2 more (via parents) for me and the our other child?

Seems like you use the sky account holders details to get the unique 8 digit reference and then book the tickets in whatever name you wish?????

Wow this offer is amazing! Website was very easy to use and we also booked two extra tickets for the same day (you are given the option to do so afterwards)...in total I think we have saved about £160.00 on a day out that we were going to pay for anyway! I'm so pleased!!! :j I think that has made my year!!! :T

No you can't do that. It states on the website that the person who's name the ticket is in has to be there in person with photo ID to collect the tickets. HTH

Yes I got a confirmation e-mail straight away from Sky saying: We are delighted to confirm you have successfully booked your 2 free park tickets to Disneyland Paris for ****** *** 2012, exclusively from Sky Rewards. HTH
