    Hi.

I have booked my ticket for July but we need to change this to April now, does anyone know if we can change it at any time or do we need to change it ASAP?

For example say we want to change it in a couple of weeks could the NEW date be taken up?

    thanks

  • struggling to find transport that will allow anything more than 4 hours at the park. May have to think about an overnight stay!
  • After being told my code was already used, I rang Consort, who emailed Sky. Sky emailed me and I was then able to log back on and they gave me a new code. I booked for June half term and my mom booked the next day for us with her code, just need to buy tickets for my daughter. We managed to book the hotel santa fe room only for £130 for one night through expedia - very pleased as consort wanted to charge £199 for the explorer (although this did include ferry...) but at least we get the extra magic hours now.

Just need to book transport, but am worried about our mom giving us her tickets for the second day as this is saving us nearly £100. A woman at consort told me she read the terms and conditions as the sky customer account holder needed to be there. I have put my husbands name on the ticket. I think it depends on two things... firstly which name they print on the ticket and second if we need to take proof of our sky account with us. If the e-ticket only has my husbands name on it then we should be okay shouldn't we....... has anyone who booked their ticket in another name had their ticket through yet?

    Thanks
  • I'm finding this a right faff. Went merrily ahead & booked my park tix for a bank holiday weekend, now trying to book Eurostar & hotel deal through sky, but its impossibe, they have no deals with Eurostar available on bank hols or in school hols, my OH is a teacher, think I'm going to have to book those bits separately. REALLY WANT TO GO NOW, so don't want to cancel it! :)

You can book hotel only through expedia and for the Disney hotels as well.

There is no mention of a proof of sky account in the T&C to pick-up the tickets, just proof of ID.

Our Sky is in hubby's name so does that mean he would get 2 tickets to use for himself or does that mean he could use both tickets on the one day - one for his entrance and 1 for my entrance?
