if you look at the ingredients for a shampoo and shower gel they are very similar, usually water, SLS/SLES as the detergent and then preservatives, acidity regulators and fancy botanicals to make it sound awesome that actually do very little.
they have similar formulations because they both do the same job, they just remove a layer of oil and dirt from either your skin or your hair.0 -
Wow £250 worth of flakes, how wonderful! I love chocolate and would be a right fatty if I got my hands on them!
ETA: spaces; I'm using DH's laptop because mines died and his is wider than mine so I keep not quite hitting hard enough

I think my clinique superbalm is ready for the bin, what little is left doesn't want to come out and I don't like it enough to cut open. So UU:
clinique superbalm in grapefruit 7ml-WNBA- this was the sample size from glamour and I found it really sticky and for the price I think there are much better glosses out there.
which only leaves the nivea gloss in my stash and then I can buy again:jToiletry spend £34.95 In: 10 out:130 -

Uh-oh - feeling sorry for myself after not getting job I had interview for last week (feedback that I was "delightful" but "not ambitious enough" -)
So have bought new hair dye (a foaming one) rather than paying to get my roots done at the hairdressers this time. Not had it cut since November, but not that bothered at the minute!
Also bought durex... does that count? It was from Boots and I have a glow after using!!Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93
