Hello again
Thank you for the warm welcome
Ma-ri-ella - Thank you for the advice.I've just done my bathroom stash list and I'm going to move anything that is unopened/very new/not in use to my secondary stash (in a cool room so hopefully it'll keep better).
Sawan - I hope that your day has improved and that you resisted the lure of toiletry retail therapy
Kipling Monkey - Hello! Thank you for your thoughtful replyWhat a brilliant idea to colour code your stash. I might do the same once I'm settled in here...
I subscribe to two beauty boxes and hope that they will satisfy my need for 'newness'! (I must admit that I was tempted to sign up to Amarya for the candle but I've resisted for now...) Like you I think I'm going to go for a mixture of using up oldies but enjoying more recent purchases as well. I really like to have a choice of things to use which is what has got me in this pickle in the first placeI know that if I try to only use one thing at a time I will be more likely to fail. Although I'll have slower UUs I think I'm more likely to stick with no buying if I allow myself to switch between things...
Hello And  Very good advice to think about how I'd feel if something had to be TA. I've just found some Neal's Yard stuff that is past its best but still useable.I used to have a real problem with 'keeping things for best' but made a conscious decision to fight that instinct about a year ago. It's still tricky though! I hope you really enjoy your special gift set when you open it :j

Here is my stash list (bathroom only). Very much a part one. There's much more to come... :embarasse
This is all in use, on and off. I've moved about eight things that are new/not yet used but I've left them on this list. I do have some splutterers that I'll target :jand I also have things that still feel like a real treat to use. However, there are a lot of half used things that I'm not that keen on & they are the problem
I have a lot of random conditioners as I found that SLS was causing my scalp to come out in painful bumps so had to search for a decent 'natural'/non SLS shampoo (very difficult) and bought the matching conditioners but found that most weren't very good but not bad enough to bin.

I think I'll do a final UU post at the end of February. I think I'll have more than I thought. I haven't bought any toiletries yet this month, however I did make a big purchase. I treated myself to the Clarisonic Mia! I've only used it 2 days but I can already see a difference in my skin, it's brilliant! If it improves my skin more, then I will no longer need to buy lots of 'miracle' skincare items, therefore saving lots of money
Loving this challenge so far and I get a weird sense of achievement when I use up products0 -

I have quite a few UU as the Forum was playing up on Thurs when I last tried to post:
Decleor experience de l'age mask - loved the smell and texture of this and it made my skin feel lovely and soft but not in the market for any more masks at the moment. This was a 5ml size and I still have another 15ml in my stash.
I don't want to get suckered into the LG TSV because I really don't want the other products. Got to be strong!
I love the Decleor Herbal Clay Mask. is the only one that makes my skin look brighter as soon as I remove it.[Deleted User] wrote:So I am thinking... I could help you and you could help me!
I've come here not because I keep buying, but because I want to go out and buy. And who better to ask for advice, than you lovely people!!! And hopefully it can give you all the 'fixes' you need!
I need a brand new skin care regime. I am thinking
- scrub
- cleanser
- toner
- eye cream
- serum
- day cream
- night creams!
I am 25, I have normal skin. A few areas of acne around the forehead and chin - but I don't consider it to be an issue. Nothing that a little TLC / regime couldn't fix.
Oh and I don't have a problem with budget (within reason - no Creme de la mer options people) when it comes to the skin.
It is time to invest in my face!
Thank you :T
I thank you "[Deleted User]" for giving me the chance to spend vicariously! :rotfl:
I like the following:-
- scrub - Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator/Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel
- cleanser - Elemis Balancing Cleanser
- toner - Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin tonic
- eye cream - I don't use one one my moisturiser Elemis PCMC can be used around the eyes.
- serum - only use one at night to boost my night cream. At the moment using TBS Naturalift and liking it.
- day cream - see above
- night creams! - I very rarely use a designated night cream. Maybe I should and then I may not need serums/oils to boost them! However, because I've ended up with additional moisturisers from freebies I still use these as night creams.tokkiandoliver wrote: »One UU:
No 7 Completely quenched Moisturising Body Lotion
WNBA, it's not because I didn't like it, I just want to try some Elemis, but I'm waiting to get my stash down and treat myself to it. Or maybe to some Molten Brown.
The Elemis Lime and Ginger body lotion is lovely.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

another UU:
test face wipes- WNBA- used the last of them for cleaning as they are too harsh for my faceToiletry spend £34.95 In: 10 out:130 -
I have another couple of UU's
1. Clean Mary - this finished unexpectedly this morningWBA but can't as it seems to have been discontinued. I like to have a couple of cleansers on the go so going to open the Liz Earle C & P that fell into my basket last week:D I'll let you know how I get on.
2. Dove Silk oil body wash - going to be very MSE and rinse the bottle out in the bath tonight to make some bubbles:D WBA and have already shopped in my stash for the next bottle:D
I'd like your good advice too please regarding a couple of finds I have - I've found in the back of a cupboard a Benefit face wash and also a Clarins face wash but I find then too harsh to use on my face would I be ok to use them up as body washes in the shower? or is this a daft idea???
Also I'm currently using Tigi BedHead shampoo (superstar) that has been discontinued and I find it really good for my sensitive scalp - by trial and error I've decided that my scalp doesn't like SLS or strong perfumes as I have other SLS free shampoos that are quite strongly perfumed and this sets my scalp off so can anyone recommend a really mildly perfumed SLS free shampoo??
Many thanks
Enjoy your evening ladies

Hello Bunnykins
I have a very reactive scalp & love my L'Occitane Aromacology shampoo but I just just checked & when it's not in the sale it's £13.50 for 300ml
I had good results with Australian Organics - much more :money:at £4.29 for 250ml. The lady at the Origins counter in John Lewis recommended it to me (!) The shower gel is lovely too so I watch out for it on special offer at Waitrose. HTH.
(Not to be confused with the Australian Organic Tea Tree line which was awful)0
