I've lost a day! I thought it was Saturday...:o
A late HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Asset  Like other have said, I hope that today is better and that it is the beginning of a great year for you. (I always have a birthday panic as it makes me hyper-aware of time speeding past. I'm another that can relate to the 10 years vanishing feeling)
Ma-ri-ella - 43 items of make up gone?? That's amazing! :T Well done on the huge amounts of outs that you've achieved
Itzybitzy - I didn't get the RMK cleansing oil sample. I had the other thing which was a tiny vial of oil and a little spray of 'activator'. I love the lip & cheek tint and the bottle of cleansing water. I'm even pleased about the intensive moisturiser as I've been wanting to try it but was put off by how expensive it is. It's much better (cheaper!) to satisfy my curiousity this way :rotfl:Best of luck with your super-busy days
SuiDreams - that was the foundation that I'd heard about and would love to try! Lisa Eldridge used it in her most recent video and it looked amazing. I'm so pleased that you were able to get a sample. Please can you let me know how it wears? It looks so light that I imagined a) not very much coverage and b) that it would wear off quickly but I'd like to be wrong :rotfl:(The BB Cream didn't last well on my skin). I'm also interested in the new Clarins matte foundation but I need to save my pennies for now.
Sawan - I love Idealist but I haven't found an Estee Lauder moisturiser that suits me. I had quite good results using Idealist on its own and come back to it when my skin gets grumpy :rotfl:
WeeSmiler - I'm looking at everything differently too because of this thread so I don't think you're odd :rotfl: My biggest weakness (apart from Toiletries, obviously. And make up :rotfl:) is clothes (always secondhand). The trouble is that you can't use those up! :eek:0 -
EmsJune - it sounds like you're having a fantastically productive day  It's nice to hear that everything worked out for you and you're now in a happy, stable relationship
Trudij - if my skin breaks out I switch to the most gentle, least chemically cleanser/moisturiser that I have. I put Arnica gel on the spots as it's anti-inflammatory and calms them/makes them go away without drying my skin out. However, I'm in a panic I nuke them with Neutrogena stuff! It's often on 3-4-2 and is pretty effective, just not good for my skin type in the long term. It turns out better when I'm patient and take the gentle route but my skin is pretty sensitive. Three weeks leaves lots of time for them to heal *hugs*
Itzybitzy - it was really interesting seeing all your stuff. It looks pretty well under control to me! Lots of nice sample sizes to help you find your Holy Grails but not take up too much space :T
Tokkiandoliver - what a shame you don't like rose! Does your Mum? It might be a lovely Mothers Day present?
 Kadison! I agree, it's so lovely to find other people with the same 'problem'. Hurrah for posting your list :T0 -
Willobee - the foundation itself seems quite liquidy compared to most. It seems to last really well on me I wore it for 12 hours yesterday and it didn't seem to have worn off when I removed it last night. I didn't get quite as good coverage when I used it myself this morning, but its still very good I'm not sure I used enough to be honest, plus I applied it with fingers whereas she used a brush. The really good thing is you really can not feel it at all.0

Forgot to say if you got to your local Estee Lauder counter they will colour match you and give you a sample, they will also apply it for you as well to see what you think, but that part is optional. They were really friendly and helpful so will definitely be going back.0

SuiDreams - Thank you for letting me know about the foundation
Hopefully I'll be able to go and get a sample sometime. I'm impressed that it lasted so well. Lisa Eldridge was saying that there has been a real leap in the technology of foundations being released this year - light, comfortable to wear and long lasting. Sounds great to me!
The Clarins one appeals to me as it gives a slightly more matte finish. (I'm not sure when it's launching though). I'll be interested to hear what you think of the EL BB Cream when you try it.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the BB cream as its spf35 I thought it would be good for when I take the dogs to the beach with DH and other similar activities, as generally need a high spf when spending time outside0 -
Hello Everyone
Been away with work so just caught up on this thread. Having been away I have had no time to buy anything and even returned the Avon catalogue unopened. Had a UU of Nicky Clarke Shampoo and Conditioner sachets, wba as it made my hair nice and shiny but haven't actually seen it in the shops yet.
Plenty of splutterers, so hopefully more UUs soon.Mortgage Dec 2015 - £21545 Apr 2016 - £19930

Just finished reading "Doctor Faustus" for my OU course, and now my head hurts from all of the old English.
This is going to be one hard part of the assignment!

Also forgot to mention I am using the Estee Lauder BB trial size but find it really hard to blend it so I don't get streaks or dry patches, however I find this a problem with all foundation and don't tend to wear it.
Sold some Molton Brown handwash on ebay to reduce the stash.Mortgage Dec 2015 - £21545 Apr 2016 - £19930
