I swear Selective dont come in contact with our parcels? What a co-incident that all these newbies are signing up and slagging Selective INternation off. I know they have lost it but whats with the slagging off all of a sudden,
Am I missing something here?
-MoE-
You must have a halo around your head if you cannot understand the frustration and anger that people like myself feel towards the injustice that Selective have caused them.
They paid their money in good faith to Selective. Having paid for this service and handed over their parcel for safe carriage to their destinations. When their purchases start to complain that their goods have not arrived the saga begins.
Then most of us know first hand the story so far…………………
So after being interviewed by DHL fraud investigation officer, being given the run around by trading standards, two interviews with the police, refunding purchasers to the tune or £1,233 and even then some were not very understanding with regards the circumstances, being left negative feedback, etc..............
We eventually join this forum as “Newbies” in sheer frustration at not being able to do anything else constructive. We join together with like minded people who understand the circumstances that we unsuspectingly find ourselves in, trying to make some sense out of the situation and together, find a solution.
May I enquire, how many parcels you have missing?
Have you personally lost a lot of your hard earned money?
And if you have lost a great deal of money and had all the sleepless nights like we have, is it when we stop being “newbies” like your good self, that we can start “signing up and slagging Selective INternation off”
Kind regards,
A very angry and frustrated “Newbie!!”0 -
Hey guys, my seller gave me a refund and I purchased elsewhere, I just wanted to pop in and tell you all to keep your heads up.
I know you're in a tricky situation, but you'll get through it, keep on persevering, you can't all be ignored.
And if you do find his adress, me and a few friends with baseball bats, cars, and a lot of spare time don't mind 'telling' him on your behalf how frustrated we all are!0 -
this is in the police Blog on eBay
Non-delivery Seller Arrested in UK
The Merseyside Police advised that Natalie Cooke was arrested on 10 counts of Obtaining Property by Deception. Ms. Cooke sold signed collector's items on eBay and did not ship the goods. Ms. Cooke was charged with 7 counts after having admitted to these offenses. Sentencing is pending.
Could the Obtaining Property by Deception be what can ask the police to pursue?0 -
Many thanks to this forum for the details of Dave Howson - dave@euro-tran.co.uk.
I have been in contact with this gentleman over the past few days and he has been very helpful. He has actually located around 10 of my 32 missing parcels for me.
All I did was forward a long list of addresses to his email address above and he search for them for me. You will have to give this gentleman time as he, like ourselves has been left out of pocket and time does cost money. He is currently arranging for me to collect my parcels next weekend when he will have them all sorted.
It may be worth contacting him with your list. If it helps Kevin King collected the parcels on several dates from me but the parcels that have been located so far are from the collection dated the 1st may if that means anything!!
I hope that some more sellers get lucky like myself as there are a few hundred in daves warehouse.
Kind regards

Yeah I agree with the above post Dave as located one of my parcels to date, coincidently it was also collected on 01/05/07 and he is looking for my others (he has approx 250 parcels logged and is currently searching through emails to find their owners)
Once this is done may I suggest we all in some way reward/thank/or some other way show our appreciation for the time and effort he has donated to helping us out.
Big thanks to Dave if your reading this.0 -

I am very sorry to hear that you have also lost parcels but Saint Dave ............... our hero has taken my international parcel details and although he personally has not dealt with them he will try and see what he can do.
I totally agree with showing dave a token of our appreciation and if anyone can think of anything suitable from us all I will organise or contribute towards this.
Good luck to everyone else,
Kind regards lesley0 -
Dave of Euro Trans is a HERO. He found 2 of my 3 missing shipments!
