Still don't understand where that nice JP went to.

IMHO I think apart from his bluster he had a right to his opinion, far too many self- righteous and paranoid types baited him. Anyone with half a brain could infer that he had nothing to do with Mansion.

Despite this, several of you implied that he was in some way involved.

I too viewed this thread as entertainment.

Not surprising. I wonder how many people out there have not had their TV's delivered - let's hope they've paid by credit card.

Yup!
I bought one (19" Digital)
Yup, it had a GREAT picture.
Yup, the sound was CRAP!
Yup, I wrote to complain and...........yup, you guessed it.......no reply!
Yup, wrote to Barclaycard (I believe Mansion's online payments ARE safe) to complain about 'goods not fit for purpose'....................... and........................they charged back their initial credit because '..I had verified the payment online. Soooooooooooo, yup, I think Barclaycard stink as well.
I am not altogether surprised the site is down. I reckon they've done a runner with mine, and a lot of other people's hard earned!!!!

While I don't know just how bad your sound is, it's not too uncommon for LCD TV's to suffer from poor sound (compared to old bulky CRT TV's which could accomodate bigger speakers)

Pluggin in some external PC amplified speakers will help albeit an less neat solution.

Or the TV could just be faulty or really crap I guess.
