This thread keeps getting stranger by the day.

There is no legally binding contract upon signing up to any forum, there is no formal offer made or acceptance. Ever Forum collects your IP, so if people post against there T&C, they ban you by your IP, hence the reason for collecting. But that means nothing, as you can easy hide your IP, change it to look like your in a totally different country.

As for KJEG being a JP, what an absolute joke that is.
