Have totted up my spends so far. Piled my trolley high in L!dl for £145.00, despite going with a list I think I may have bought too much so hopefully will have a better idea at the end of this month. Then spent around £10 (lost the receipt!) at Mr T on dried fruit and cereal on offer. Waiting on my fruit and veg delivery now £18.00 for a big box so will have to see how long it lasts. So that leaves me with £27 for the rest of the month! Slightly panicked, but I can't see us needing much more (famous last words!). So that should be around £13.00 for milk, £5.50 for my farm eggs and £8.50 for more fruit if needed. Will withdraw the money from the bank today to keep in a separate purse so I know where I am.Grocery Challenge February 2012 £252.19/£200

Morning all, managed to take DD to school and NOT visit the coop to see if there are any bargains! I have been known to go in 2-3 times a day so I am supposed to be running down the freezer to defrost it (although this morning I could just put the stuff outside!), I am trying to stay away.
Made lazy dinner last night, found a jar of rogan josh sauce in the back of the cupboard, leftover chicken from roast on sunday, rice and salad. Bolognaise in SC for tonight - out of salad, so will have to have carrots & brocolli with it lol.

Hi everyone
Have had a few NSD here so not dipped into Feb's budget yet :T.
Will probably need some milk/bread for the weekend and going to buy a nice beef joint for Sunday Roast.
Plenty in for next week, only packed lunch stuff to buy. I'm very hopeful to come in quite a bit under budget for Feb.Save £12K challenge 2015 # 173£0.00/£10,0000 -

Small spend of £2.99 yesterday at M&S, NSD today thoughhave had to change my meal plan a bit as I'd forgotten we've got one of the children's fairly fussy friends coming for tea tonight, so no fish pie today and the reason for the spend yesterday.

Thank you to the person who mentioned about the branston beans on amazon, have just placed an order for some, it says they won't be shipped until the end of the month, but I'll add the £6 to my total now otherwise I'll forget
I'm fairly new to amazon  but didn't even think to look on there for groceries

Definitely panicking now! DD (2YO) decorated the upstairs wall with purple marker pen, tried lots of different ways to get it off but had to buy Magic Eraser in the end so an extra £5.40 (it's huge!) on the grocery budget. I used to get this from £shop, but living in the middle of nowhere cuts down my options! So that's my egg money gone. Aaargh!Grocery Challenge February 2012 £252.19/£200

Morning all.
NSD yesterday but had a spend of £19.89 in Asda and Home Bargains. Bought tuna that I didn't really need as I have some. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
