I wrote out a post but it seems to have disappeared? Oh well.

Can I go for an initial 10 NSD and 3 in a row again please. I say initial as I have been underpaid this month.

I have had nothing but problems with my wages since I started at my new place, each month being paid a different amount. However, my wage packet this month was 50% less than what I have been averaging. I honestly don't get it, I get a fixed wage every month and if I am off sick I get sick pay. This is the worst month it could have happened in as I have things like my union membership, gas and leccy and insurances to pay out. Unfortunately for me, I can't speak to the person who deals with wages until Friday as they won't be in till then, and then I have to wait until it gets fixed. :(

Thankfully I am credit card free at the moment so that's one less thing to worry about, the trick will be staying credit card free till the end of the month.

Hi Miss T - take all your payslips in with you on Friday, and get the wages person to go over every one with you - and to share their wage calculation with you (ie show you how they work out what you'll get each month). Also, if they've made a mistake this month, then they should be prepared to cover any financial consequences (ie overdraft fees, bounced cheque fees etc), so make sure you keep a beady eye on your account.

    Hope it's all sorted quickly.
