The one I do does mention their branded products (some of which are great, some blooming awful!) but I find it easy enough to adapt my own frugallish recipes. It's working anyway0

Thanks cw18 and flying - I have used T diets before and I just adapt them
I am planning on printing off a shopping list and then going to Ald! to get it :rotfl: Got cash back so it's only cost me £3 - ish for 3 months so can't complain and I will just faff with the diet each week until it's as frugal as possible

And what's wrong with my fetching purple lycra???????Free by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -
Good Morning,
So to lull Missus Knitty into a false sense of security I had a spendy day yesterday and am still on NSD#1.
I will creep up behind her and wait for my moment to pounce, and besides, it's probably better I stay down wind of her as this purple lycra does make you sweat a bit
Have a great Friday - I ain't wiggling in this outfit, it would leave nothing to the imagination if I did and I don't want to scare any children and animals :rotfl:Free by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -

Good morning folks!
I'm claiming #2 for yesterday, as other than groceries and diesel ( budgeted) I didnt spend anything. I will rectify that today though!
I have the dentist ( emergency appt as I have a sore tooth) but I have insurance for that.
Then I am off to TKM ( Kerri, I am holding you responsible for this) for a look and to the M&S outlet which is next door. ( Edinburghers will know where this is!) I need a new magnifying mirror for putting on my slap as I cant see to put it on without me specs. Alice Cooper is not a good look!I got my last one in TKM and it was brill until the stand broke.
On a more MSE note, I am off to see a friend this afternoon who is a retired tailor. She is going to alter my smart work trousers and skirts which are too big now ( never thought I'd ever hear myself say THAT!):money: That will save me a few bob;)
What ever you're up to - have a good one!:)

Morning all,
Failed miserably with January's challenge, only managed about 10 in the end I think.
So I am going to have another go this month....Please can you put me down for 10 and that way if I go over it will be a bonus.
One down already and 9 to go.
Thanks xx0
