as you havent cleaned it for a while id opt for ovenpride its about £4 a bottle and you will use it all, i washed the bag out after i did mine and now use a cheap foam ovencleaner from the pound shop which has lasted ages and works fine as long as i do the oven every couple of weeks0

Mr muscle for the oven, and oven pride for the shelves i'm afraid here too.
Loathesome job, not so much an OS way to do it, just fastest, and as stressfree as possible way to do this job for me!
