    another vote for mr muscle here, but you cant beat hiring a man that comes out i'm afraid!

    as you havent cleaned it for a while id opt for ovenpride its about £4 a bottle and you will use it all, i washed the bag out after i did mine and now use a cheap foam ovencleaner from the pound shop which has lasted ages and works fine as long as i do the oven every couple of weeks

    Im asthmatic so mr muscle a no no for me. I love fairy power spray.

    I'm really suprised by this response. I really thought they'd be some old school methods for cleaning an oven. I'm sure my Nan never had MrMuscle :p

    Come on guys i'm about to do mine and was hoping for some good tips :D

    Mr muscle for the oven, and oven pride for the shelves i'm afraid here too.

    Loathesome job, not so much an OS way to do it, just fastest, and as stressfree as possible way to do this job for me!
